The service is absolutely horrendous! We had a curbside order and called to let them know what space we were at, the order was supposed to be ready by the time we were there. We waited 20 minutes and called back no answer then waited an additional 5 minutes until I had to walk in. There was this lady just standing there and I said hello? She didn’t reply then I said excuse me? Can we get our order? She said sure (mind you the phone is still ringing) I literally had to grab my order from the shelf myself.. I proceeded to say we were waiting and I was calling and before I was able to finish what I was going to say, the lady said “ohhhhh, sorrrry” in a very snobby way.
This is not the worst part. We got home and the wings were slimy, not cooked and the fries were very hard and tasted like they were sitting out since last night. I ordered for my husband and kids. I’ve literally called with my husband altogether about 15 times and not one time did anyone answer! This was very frustrating and irritating. I can definitely say I would never buy anything from it’s just wings again! Definitely my first and last time ever buying from them.

Hit or miss when door dashing. This time they put barely any fries in the boxes. Usually they have twice as much. The sauces were spilled all out of the boxes as well…. it’s really a bummer because they could be such a great place if they just Tried… see photos.

Their service is the worst I have ever received. They treat you very unprofessionally when you go pick up food there and get your order wrong 99% of the time. We had ordered two of the 11 wing combos and they literally sent us two boxes of just fries…… why would I order just fries from a wings place. You can see this in the photo attached. They really need to get their stuff together.

Ordered online at 5 on Friday. When I arrived no one came to my car. Went to pick up and there was a huge line of grumpy customers waiting. I got my food but was shorted. Went back and they kindly got me my replacement. While waiting I noticed the wings I was shorted were on the floor of the pick up area. Someone had dropped my food and not bothered to fix their mistake. Wings were delicious but cold.

I ordered through doordash and half my order was the incorrect wings. The fries tasted like they were a couple hours old. The wings were extremely overcooked. And I was missing my drink. I should have listened to the other reviews on Google. The taste of the sauce was good, so I might try again in the future if the quality and accuracy of my order is stepped up significantly.

These easily have to be the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life. No sauce was on the wings. The sauce that was in the container was on the bottom of the container mixed with the fries. The wings tasted like they came out of a microwave oven. The owners of this restaurant should give up on torturing Utah eaters. Please close all of these restaurants and do Utah a favor?.

The idea is great! Wings and fries and nothing else. You’d think with a small menu offering they’d be perfect. I really want to love this. Unfortunately “It’s Just Wings” is just a sticker slapped onto a Chili’s to-go. Now to the food review. These are probably the worst wings I’ve ever had. Way over cooked, probably sat under a hot plate for a few hours, then re-warmed, but not by much. They tasted like chicken jerky leather bites. Never heard of those? Neither have I because that’s a terrible idea for food! The fries tasted old, and were flimsy. Now, there is a positive to my order. The sauces are good. I got the Buffalo, honey chipotle, and lemon pepper rub. All three sauces tasted good, but nobody is gonna be satisfied cause the chicken is prepared so poorly the sauce can bear the weight of failure on it’s own. Sorry guys, love the idea, but leave this one to a food truck. They’ll do it right.

I didn’t realize they were in Chili’s. Took a while to find it. A few of the 16 wings were way over cooked. Shriveled dried meat. The rest were cooked nicely. They had a good crisp to em. The sauce was poured over the top, so the wings weren’t coated the way you would think a wing place would do it. Seasoning was like most wing places. I would buy them again.

I got the 11 wings and curly fries. It was solidly meh /: the sauces were okay (I got the garlic Parm and the mango habanero) and the wings (I had to get them un-sauced because you can’t do more than flavor at a time??) Were hard and flavorless. I had mine Doordashed to me (it was a 10 minute drive) and despite the Dasher waiting for the order and then immediately getting it to me, it was entirely cold. The curly fries weren’t good at all. I actually didn’t eat most of them (not that there were many). I spent $16 including tip, so it wasn’t super expensive but it also wasn’t good.
