I work .3 miles from the store. I ordered wings. They came in styrofoam containers and they were cold! Last time I order wings from this place. I’m guessing they cook up 100 wings and set them under a warmer. Toss em in sauce and throw them out the door.

Ordered Lemmon pepper wings which these clearly aren’t and had a nice feather on my chicken. If I could give this no stars I would. This was disgusting and the last thing I wanted to see on my food was a feather. Certainly do NOT recommend eating here.

I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings and fries. I know I’m funny about my food and the chicken was cooked right, not too hard but not wet just perfect as it should be. It was clean, no dirty greasy taste and was very fresh and hot. The amount of food for the price is appreciated. I’m going back today and try it again. Idk what happened to these other folks food but I was impressed.

Disappointed is the nicest word I can use to describe the wings I ordered. I ordered the 22 piece combo through door dash. That portion of my experience was great. The wings? Disappointing is an understatement. Mango habanero for half and chipotle dry rub for the other half. There was little to no sauce or rub on any of the wings! No flavor, no heat, just a cooked wing. The ranch was really runny too. The fries were okay, but definitely could’ve been cooked longer. I will not order or dine in at this place again.

Here is the problem with It’s Just Wings: It’s Just Okay. After ordering a few different times we’ve had a few consistent problems. Sometimes the wings are overcooked or don’t have near enough sauce on them or the fries tend to be undercooked and soggy. However, when the food is prepared and cooked properly, it’s pretty dang good for the price. If the quality of the wings and fries were consistently better I would recommend this place to anyone. I would honestly rate the main attraction (wings) just 2 stars, but those deep fried Oreo’s are so good that you gotta bump it up just a little!

Kinda surprised to see all the negative reviews in here …. So they had a BOGO deal on Uber eats which is what got us started. The price couldn’t be beat and we were actually pleasantly surprised with the food and quality. I do wish they would toss the wings instead of just drizzle sauce in them. However, I still enjoyed the sauces. The dry rubs were a little flavorless but that’s not really my dig anyways. The BOGO deal is gone now but they still have some of the best prices on wings in town.
As far as wait time(I’ve seen some complaints). I have ordered pickup and delivery from them probably 8x now and have never had to wait, never received cold food, and have never had a messed up order. I came in here just to say they had good prices but I figured maybe some things have changed since the bad service incidents. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. O stars …
This is the first time my teenagers couldn’t finish their food. We showed up to get our food 5 minutes after placing our DoorDash order and they had us waiting for 40 minutes. So we would have thought that the food would be hot and freshly made but I digress.
We had 6 boxes of Wings & Fries and not a single dish was edible. ALL of the chicken was Cold and the fries were soggy and stale. No ranch cups were included. 1 box had NO seasonings at all, 1 box had pieces of hard chicken (but actually just breadcrumbs) that were pieces that would come from the bottom of their frier, 1 box had only 3 fries in it (no joke!), 1 box was OVERLY drenched with sauce, A LOT of the chicken pieces were un-chewable (cartilage ), 1 box had a mixture of breaded and not breaded pieces of chicken with only 6 pieces of chicken.
Worse part was that when I called the restaurant (which is actually Chili’s) they refused to take any responsibility for the food that they made; wouldn’t remake it unless I placed a new order. They told me to take it up with DoorDash if I have an issue and literally hung up on me.
I wouldn’t eat these wings/fries ever again. In fact, 90% of this food is still sitting here UNEATEN! This was gross.

First, i waited in the designated ToGo spot for more than 15 minutes after the estimated ready time, which i arrived 10 minutes prior to. I got the food home less than 10 minutes later and everything was cold and soggy. Not to mention a soppy mess because the fries were put in the boxes underneath the wings. We also had a sprite with our order that was all carbonation and had to be poured out. The entire meal was overpriced, nasty, and disappointing. We will not be ordering here again. If i could give pointers to help out with this reoccurring for other customers; box your wings and fries separately in ToGo, check that your soda machines are filled properly, have a designated IJW representative and not put it all on the same chilis worker.

I genuinely dont want to make anyone feel bad here, but what im gonna say needs to be said. My brother ordered some of the wings for us all tonight and disappointment doesn’t begin to cover how i feel about these wings. Dry, near flavorless (the little bit of flavor you could taste from these wasnt good either) and cold (im not so upset about it being cold cause sometimes that happens when you have food delivered) both my brother and sister ate 2 of these wings and couldnt eat anymore of them, made my sister and myself sick, and im the kinda guy that can eat just about anything and it not effect me. My brothers Nashville hot sauce was basically Buffalo sauce with a bunch of powder seasoning at the bottom. Entirely unsure of how these could be considered wings. I strongly advise against eating from this place until they change how they make their food.
