I recently placed an order through Door Dash. Door Dash driver was amazing!! Even when the restaurant got my order incorrect, Door Dash went back to pick it up.
The restaurant and manager, however, if I could give a negative star, it would be. I called the restaurant to tell them that they didn’t package an order. Management blamed Door Dash for not checking the order so they “were responsible.” Mind you, the restaurant is the one that packages the orders into the boxes!! How are they not going to take blame for packaging the wrong food. The delivery company ensures the amount of boxes are correct, but if they believe the deliverer should have opened all boxes to ensure they are correct, then they are violating all sanitary protocols.
After 15 minutes of getting the run around management then tells that they will remake the order but I need pick it up. I spent $15 for delivery services and tip and now management was useless in this situation. Very unprofessional.
Thankfully the number for door dash was still active and the delivery driver was able to pick up the items.
This restaurant should not be operating with delivery companies if they are solely going to place blame on the delivery company.
2nd issue: as I finally got to eating the wings I ordered, I bit into 4 raw wings which I had to throw away. Undercooked chicken is unacceptable!! Very bad experience to say the least for trying this place for the first time.
