I only know this as the part of Chili’s that you go to pick up online to-go orders. Fairly fast service and I appreciate that they have designated parking spots if you want to wait in your car for your order to be ready.

Never again. I ordered online. I get to the CHILIS to pick up my order, checked in online and waited for 15 minutes before finally just walking in and grabbing my own food off the cart by the door. Then, the meal I ordered was supposed to have curly fries and it was nasty Chilis fries. Nope. Don’t waste your money and go to a REAL wing place.

Yuck! First and last time. Walked in and grabed my order cuz i had a feeling no one would come outside (as other reviews stated). There was a persom there at desk as i was walking up but walked away as I walked up. Food was terrible! Wings old and tossed in new sauce. Curly fries were ok. I wish I could review 0 stars. They shorted us I quarter of our order. On top of that the number supplied by DoorDash isn’t in service. The wings we did receive were under cooked and bland. When we tried to make a complaint through Chili’s, who cooks said wings, they said contact DoorDash. That’s an act of congress. Do not under any circumstances order this place. It isn’t real and you’ll get food poisoning.

If i could give zero stars i would! Chicken was awful. Got the garlic parm bone in, they were very undercooked and spongey. Also got the bone in medium, chicken was cooked just gross. No ranch was given either. Never ordering again.

Phone number is disconnected when I tried to call them. This place is run out of Chili’s and you cannot call your order in. You have to only use door dash to order from this place, but you get Chili’s I guess.

This business model is very strange. Apparently It’s Just Wings is a Chili’s “virtual brand”, and the food is made right in the Chili’s kitchen, but you’re only allowed to order It’s Just Wings’s food via delivery or for to-go. Chili’s doesn’t allow you to eat It’s Just Wings…at Chili’s, even though they make it themselves. Bizarre!!
