This is for Chili’s, Not Just Wings!
I used the App to order curbside. I arrived at the time it was estimated to be ready. I received a text just as I was pulling up saying my order was ready. I checked in using the text link. I waited about 10 minutes and checked in in the App. A young lady looked out and saw me sitting outside but didn’t come out, so I thought maybe it wasn’t ready. After another 10 minutes, I went in and saw my order sitting on a shelf. I’m sure it was cold by now. The young lady came up after I was standing there a few minutes and asked if I had a to go order. I told her yes, it’s right there in the shelf and I’ve been waiting 20 plus minutes. She asked if I wanted it remade. I said Yes! She could tell I was very irritated. She took the food back and a manager came out. I explained my situation. He told me they were remaking it. I showed him the two check ins I had done. He then said the system must be malfunctioning. He offered a free dessert for my trouble which I gladly accepted. The manager was very friendly and helpful.
The food came out after another 10 minutes. It was warm. The food was good. The molten lava dessert was fabulous.
It took a lot longer than planned but everything turned out good.

Our order looked great but it was cold we waited for our curbside order for 30 minutes longer than told which is okay but the food was obviously done in time since it was cold. I do think if it was hot or warm even that it would have been really good. We didn’t have time to wait again so we ate it cold and it was okay. We will try again and I’ll update this if better.
Don’t waste your time go to Wingstop by Walmart it’s much better.

Ordered the chicken strip dinner. Was not impressed. Chicken strips tasted frozen and the texture was almost chewy. Which was disappointing because we’ve always liked Chillis
A party of 4 guys next to us ordered cocktails. One of them a Manhattan. Pretty ordinary drink. Waitress gave him some reason on why they couldn’t make it because it needed 4oz of alcohol and the TABC law didn’t alow that and on and on. Instead of just making the dri k with 3oz instead. There was a shortage of bartenders. Customer had to tell them how to make a Manhattan. We still like Chillis and perhaps we just got a bad batch this time. BTW – the party of 4 decided to leave and not eat there after their 1st drink.
