I was a little confused, you see I was looking for a Just Wings establishment. Turns out it’s actually a Chili’s Restaurant….so if you’ve had Chilli’s boneless wings then you’ve had Just Wings. I think the only thing different are the fries.

The experience was awful. It started with waiting 25 minutes curbside for no one to come out. I go in and my food is prepared. They have to pull my order up again to prepare my food. I’m informed that it will be 15-20 minutes and they will bring the food curbside. I wait in my car for 20 minutes, get my food and I can smell that the order is incorrect because I didn’t order buffalo sauce. I go back in and I’m told it’s another 15-20 to make the correct wings. I leave because I’m upset at this point get home and my fries are missing from one order and neither order has the order of ranch that comes with each order on their site!

4/10/22 tried them for the first time today. They were on door dash. I ordered the cajun dry rub wings. Wings were horrible and there was nothing spicy about them. They only had A SPRINKLE of seasoning on them, not much flavor to them. I ordered extra ranch and I didn’t receive any. I love wings but I will never order from this place again. I’m very disappointed with my order.

I ordered the Buffalo Bone-in wings and Garlic Parmesan Bone-in wings. BOTH were extremely distasteful. The wings are very fatty/slime like texture, and the sauce is extremely watered down. The ranch is very unpleasant as well. Neither the fries or wings were fresh to say I ordered around opening time. I don’t think I’d want to try this restaurant again.

The food was awful. My wings tasted slimy and undercooked. I prefer fried wings. The curly fries were ok, and the food was actually hot upon delivery. I just wish the wings were good. When you have the name “It’s Just Wings”, customers expect amazing wings. I paid $30 for my order and it was worth $3.

As far as first impressions go, this place was not it and the wings were not “killer” as they put it. The dry rub I got was literally fried wings with what tasted like Tony’s seasoning on them….but just sprinkled on. Oh and the spice was not there like at all. Then the mango habanero wings…..a shame. Over half of them were dry, no sauce. And again, they were not spicy. And don’t get me started on the fries. I’m not sure if this place hates DoorDash orders or if they just truly do not care about their job. So listen to these reviews and either A) don’t order through DoorDash or B) go somewhere else and get quality wings.

I love their wings. I tried to call ahead of time ..they never picked up. Seemed really short staffed. They also tend to confuse orders. I still love it though. Their prices went up quite a bit. Less food for the money.

We went there just to get wings. This is NOT It’s Just Wings….it is a Chili’s restaurant. Disappointed that it wasn’t what was advertised on Google maps. But it was as good as Chili’s usually is.
