Just terrible! If I wanted Chili’s, I would have just ordered it. I didn’t realize that’s where this was before ordering on doordash. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and not much spice at all. I got the hot dry rub and most of the pieces didn’t have any seasoning on them. The hot seasoning was barely a mild. I do not recommend!

Submitted an online order for pick-up on a Monday, for a Wednesday event. Come Wed, at the stated time of pickup for the order, the order is nowhere to be found. It took the crew 10-15 minutes to submit an order, and you could hear the cook in the back stating that there was no way to get an order like that completed in a timely manner since it was too big. You had two whole days to prep- whether it is a communication issue or not, should not be the problem of the customer. Long story short, the order was completed (fries under-cooked), 20 minutes after the order pickup (which would have still been fine had the situation been handled professionally). The crew came out to deliver the order for pick-up, throwing the order on the counter and just walking away. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, due to this experience.

Absolutely do not order door dash from this place. First, the wings are made at Chili’s and chili’s is garbage. Second, we arrived at our pickup time and they had no order in their system for us. Then after a bunch of back and forth with them and door dash we finally got them to start another order. We had to wait nearly an hour. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere for wings from now on!

Everything was good taste wise but what an absolute disaster for picking up your food. The email you get when you place your order says a team member will come out and complete your order, there ended up being 7 of us inside picking up our own food after waiting for the said team member that never showed up after waiting for 15 minutes. I went in grabbed my own food and nobody even acknowledged me being there, I could have taken anyone’s food or someone could have taken mine. I guess if your looking for a free meal nobody will question you if you grab a couple of sacks full of food.

Delivered fast. But completely wrong order. Dont call this store if you used door dash. All you will hear repeatedly, i understand, I’m sorry. There is a just wings in Independence, they get it right. BTW by the time you get the run around from store the food is still wrong, but hey, they understand and are sorry. I guess that’s what’s for dinner
