These are the smallest driest wings I have ever encountered in my life. The sauce is obviously a ploy to distract you upon first glance. An absolute waste of $14. I would return this food if I wasn’t so far away . Should have known better based on all the horrible reviews pertaining to their wings .

My first time ordering from this restaurant (Fairview Heights, IL) my food was horrible. The bone in wings were undercooked and the boneless wings were hard and overcooked. The fries were old like they were cooked earlier in the day and the just gave us what they had. We had sauced wings and they put the chicken and fries in the same container and just poured sauce on everything. The fries were drowning in the sauce. They completely just threw our food together and sent it out. I did order through door dash but DoorDash did not cook or prepare our food. My family could not consume the food. Complete waste of my money. I want my order replaced or my money back.

These wings are garbage. They picked the correct name it’s just wings, because they definitely aren’t seasoned. I ordered a 32 piece bone in and they only included one ranch. They also put the fries that come with your order in the boxes with your wings. It definitely keeps them nice and soggy.

Great Wings. I love ordering some from Door Dash while I prepare my air fryer because my food is going to arrive cold. I appreciate that extra sauce is only 50 cents because every time I order I get half-dry wings. They taste good though, try the Honey sriracha.

Very disappointed in the service as well as the food. Placed an order online and it was ready 2 minutes early, great, but once we got there and checked in, it was a 15 minute wait, even after checking in twice. Just to have to go in and get the food that was just sitting there on the counter. No one even acknowledged our existence, nor did they greet us. Awful service and due to that the food was cold and soggy. It was disappointing in it’s own right because the wings were barely sauced and mostly dry.

Don’t get fooled, this is served by Chili’s, not it’s own restaurant. One of my wing orders was cooked fresh, but very undercooked and the other was sitting out so long that it was almost cold. This place is a mess and the food is rushed. You’re better off spending your money at another place that specializes in wings.
