Twice now we placed an order online and showed up to pick up and was told they did not have an item we ordered any longer and would credit back my card and did not do it either time . Call and tell them this and they say nothing they can do. Really crappy way to treat a customer when you gave them a second chance to get it right.

Just another trash ghost kitchen that’s actually a Chilis and they point you to some tiny disclaimer. Pathetic and overall, does the entire restaurant company a disservice. You don’t hoodwink people about food. Food was somehow worse than Chilis, which is hard to achieve. Never order from here or similar places, they’re like whack a moles on delivery apps.

Really stupid. It’s inside Chili’s.The website doesn’t indicate that, nor does the the Chili’s have a sign that indicates it’s inside Chili’s.. I called their phone number and it’s a Texas phone number that says it’s not working. We called the Chili’s and they said we have to order through DoorDash. Dumb.
