no seasoning on my wings. no side ordered sauce. one of my wings was just bones with a tiny fried piece.
and as ive been reading through this missing sauce and unseasoned wings are a regular issue here, read other reviews. no idea what is going on with that. do they just not have it and send it out and because its a chilis thing they dont care about their reputation?

I’ve never eaten there in person (can you? I don’t actually know how that stuff works with ghost kitchens), but the food is always amazing. I’m not a fan of Chile’s whatsoever, but somehow these wings slap. They used to have deep fried oreos… and more sauce options, I think 🙁 but still a 10/10. Maybe bring back the oreos and sauces tho

Disappointing. For a place that specializes in wings, they have a long way to go. The chicken itself is not too bad. But the dry rubs and sauce lack flavor. The Buffalo sauce is the least Buffalo sauce I think I’ve ever had. I would not order again.

This place has some great wings. I ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings and fries. The combo meal only was $10. I didn’t expect to get a handful of big wings. I would have gave it 5 stars but the curly fries could of had more of a crunch.

The food here is pretty average. Slightly disappointed. They give you a lot of food for the price, but the quality is kind of poor :/ Soggy wings, soggy fries. The mango habanero sauce has almost no heat to it. Definitely not spicy. Probably won’t order from here again, but I’m not mad. Just disappointed

Absolutely terrible quality of food. Ordered from here on 12/12/20. Dry rub wings was a pile of wings with seasoning sprinkled on top. Ponzu sauce tasted mostly like soy sauce. Very little effort was put into the food, and it reflected in the taste. Would not recommend ordering from here. Waste of money.

First, I will start with the positives- sauce (spicy garlic) was delicious, and the ranch was amazing, however, the WINGS were GROSS! I get the prices are inexpensive, but I would rather pay more for quality. The wings were fatty, slimy, and some were deformed looking. I ordered boneless mango habanero wings and boneless honey chipotle wings with fries. On the mango habanero wings there was hardly any sauce and they were soggy, I cant speak on the heat because I could hardly taste much sauce. The honey chipotle on the other hand was much much better. They were crunchy and caked in sauce with good flavor so 5 stars for those. The fries were also soggy but had nice flavor.
If all the wings and sauces were of the same quality and quantity as the honey chipotle and the fries were crunchy this place could be a real winner

Poor quality. Had 4 different sauces, all bland. 2 were supposed to be “hot” and 2 “medium” with one as a dry rub. All tasted the same. They also weren’t covered very well in sauce, like it was just drizzled over. Fries were not very good either. Would not recommend.

I ordered food from grubhub. It really hit the spot. It was not too hot, and with the garlic parmesan rub, gave it some flavor. I was not satisfied until they were mostly gone. Of course the fries did it for me. Since they deliver, it would be worth coming for some more.
