The wings taste like something you would get at a Chili’s….BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM CHILI’S!!!
Pretty shady on the part of Chili’s to hide behind a false front brand. I thought I was ordering from a chicken wings place because that’s how they present it to the consumer. You could never tell it’s Chili’s by looking at or ordering from the IJW website. Completely and intentionally misleading.
I pulled up to pick up my order only to find myself in the parking lot of a Chili’s restaurant. Had to pull up my e-mail receipt and scroll to the bottom to learn I had actually ordered from Chili’s.
The wings were rubbery and the ranch dressing was the consistency of water. Not the worst I’ve ever had, but not very good.

It’s chills, which confused me at first. I thought it was a stand alone business till my card transaction said chills and the GPS brought me to chills. I’m sure I missed a few clues along the way but I was trying to find a new place to try and had a gift certificate for chills that I have been meaning to use and didn’t.

Poor customer service and the wings were not good. They were soggy. They also charged a mandatory $5 tip for a pick-up order. My order wasnt ready and they didn’t seem to know what was going on. We tried to purchase extra sauce but they said they couldn’t because they (Chili’s) are not able to go into the system once your order is placed…they need to work on creating a better system for orders.

My partner placed an order and another driver accidentally took his order. Our driver called us to explain the situation that the food was taken and Just wings refused remake our order instead they wanted to either A. Have the our driver bring us this other persons order OR B. Have us place a new order and request a refund for the first thru Grubhub. Why should we be punished bc some driver took our order? Technically your staff allowed the driver to take the wrong order so you are kind of at fault. Even if you just have the orders on the counter and trust people to take the right one it’s your policy that has some serious holes.

I placed my order one and a half hours before closing time. The order was confirmed, but unexpectedly, I received an email saying I’d been fully refunded. I didn’t ask for a refund; I wanted my meal. They refunded me right before closing, and now the store is shut. Quite unprofessional of them.
