I had never heard of this place, but my daughter really wanted wings. So we placed our order online. I didn’t think to check reviews until after we ordered and that made me a little nervous. That’s one of the reasons I decided I should make a review! I ordered the garlic parmesan and let me just say, “ OMGOSH!!” They were delicious. The sauce was delicious! It had just the perfect amount of kick to it. The fries were delicious and there were a lot. The fry sauce & the ranch were also delicious. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

It’s inside Chili’s. I was having lunch and wanted to order 100 wings to take home but could only order thru door dash. Or wait was no help, could only tell me to call the restaurant but couldn’t give me a number or any information.

All items were cold. The curly fries are cold and stale! The garlic Parmesan wing did not have any sauce. The habanero mango sauce is good, however the cold wings take away from how good it could be.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt I should leave one…
For starters, I felt a little cheated. I thought I was possibly ordering from a new local wings place that I had never heard of before, but after ordering, they let you know that you have to go to Chili’s to get your food. Basically, it is Chili’s selling wings under another name. Chili’s isn’t mentioned on the It’s Just Wings site at all until you get your payment receipt.
Upon my arrival, I waited 5 minutes and no one came out to the car. Finally another car pulls up. Someone comes outside and goes to that car, but never comes to mine. A second car pulls up and someone came out to that car and then they finally came to my car. Took them about 10 minutes from arrival to ever come to my car, but they attended to the other two customers immediately upon arrival.
Wings and fries were mediocre. The Lemon Pepper dry rub bone-in smoked wings were so dry, the rub didn’t even stick to the wings. The wings tasted bland and as if they had been overcooked.
The Teriyaki boneless wings were meh. The sauce just tasted strange. Maybe too much pineapple flavor. They were our least favorite of the flavors.
The Honey Chipotle boneless wings were ok, but would have been better if sauced properly. Whoever sauced them and placed them in the to-go container basically poured all of the sauce in one corner and all over the ranch container. They did the same with the teriyaki. I’ve added a picture of the teriyaki wings so you can see what I am talking about. The sauce was good, but only a couple of the wings were actually really covered well with the sauce. Those tasted good, but the rest were barely even coated.
All that being said, I haven’t eaten at a Chili’s in years and stuff like I listed above is why. I don’t plan on ordering wings from here again.

This is the second time we have ordered from, ITS JUST WINGS , the first time the wings had a good amount of wing sauce but not a Lott and it was OK this time there is practically no sauce which defeats the purpose of ordering wings from a place that specializes in wings. I don’t intend to waste my money ordering from here again, there is just to many places in Cookeville who do a better job for the same service

I ordered thru door dash. The cicken was raw in the middle. Luckily door dash gave most of my money back but im sure i ate enough chicken to get sick because i didnt tear into the middle before i ate it because i trusted it was thoroughly cooked but it was still raw in the middle. Ive ordered from here many time with no issue but tonight the food was raw and they wouldnt answer when i called so im leaving a rwview hoping they reach out to me and make it right, but i honestly dont see that happening

I’ve never actually been here, but we used to door dash from here quite a bit. They have a wonderful variety of flavors and the smoked wings are to die for especially with that garlic parmisan seasoning. The fries are tasty and you get plenty of them. The amount of food we received was always worth the price paid. Since I no longer get live in cookeville, I’ll have to dine in some time.

We had a poor experience. The email we received said they would bring the food out to put your parking space number. No one ever brought our food out. 30 minutes after the food was supposed to be out I went in and they pointed me to a rack were my food had been sitting. I asked to speak to someone. I was told I had to file a complaint online they couldn’t help me. The food was cold, not even lukewarm and I threw most of it away.

My email said to check in at curbside pickup. Sat at curbside for about 30 minutes. Called them and they said it was inside and they don’t use curbside for It’s Just Wings. So why did the email tell me to check in there and the curbside signs say “It’s Just Wings” on them.
