So I looked up wings near me and I saw this place think “oh is this new? Let me give it a try!” Its only chili’s I wish I canceled my order. The fry’s taste disgusting and the wings look to weird to even try.

This place is deceiving. My daughter wanted wings and so when I searched for wings near me “It’s just wings “ came up and the picture of the wings look amazing. I’m thinking la restaurant finally figured out how to truly coat their wings in sauce. When it arrived, to our surprise the wings are from Chili’s. If I had known that prior I would not have ordered from here. Chili’s is known for sub-par food. She said they were horrible and the fries tasted like they sat in cold grease. Oh by the way. There isn’t a restaurant-in Gallatin named, “It’s just wings!”

Overall I’d give them a resounding “meh”… not especially ‘bad’ but definitely far from good. We ordered the 32 piece smoked wings to sample four different flavors – “naked”, garlic parmesan, buffalo, and a dry ranch rub.
First, I seriously doubt that the “smoked” wings actually are smoked – there was zero smoke flavor whatsoever. This was especially disappointing as Chili’s smoked wings appetizer was my favorite thing on their menu before they got discontinued. And all the wings had the appearance of having been fried.
The other flavors were lacking in, well, flavor. As I already said, the naked ones had no smoke flavor at all. The two sauces were basically interchangeable – they tasted fine, but were very bland across the board, to the point we literally wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference between the buffalo and the garlic parm if not for the buffalo being an orange color. And the ranch dry rub wings were so horribly overcooked that they were inedible. Like the other flavors, the little bit of seasoning that I could lick off one tasted good, there just wasn’t nearly enough of it.

Absolutely, worst experience ever. Nothing in our order was correct. My wife ordered 16 Buffalo traditional wings, that means bone in, she got all boneless. We ordered for my son, 8 tangy apple bbq, got 8 plain wings. I ordered for myself, 16 traditional sante fe, I got 16 plain wings. My daughter is the only one who’s part of the order was right, 8 plain. But wait she had quite a few extra because so many wings came plain. Never again will I order from this place. Had nothing but good experiences when we lived in Hendersonville and bought from that location. But the Gallatin one….no way.

The wings were awesome! I ordered on DoorDash. I’m really particular about my wings, I hate soggy and slimy wings. I ordered the lemon pepper rub bone in and they were crispy and delicious. I will order again!
