I have loved Chili’s for years and I’m extremely disappointed in the fact that this location waters down their liquor. We ordered Presidente Margaritas, the same drink I’ve gotten there for many years. I very rarely drink, but when I do go out and have a drink Chili’s Presidentes are where I go. The first sip I could immediately taste that it was watered-down. Then I noticed the liquor on the shelf and I’ve never seen such a clear looking Southern Comfort. I guarantee if the company saw this they would immediately know that’s not right. The light bar can be deceiving but the color was still too light when the bartender pulled them down to pour drinks for other patrons.

I placed an order via Doordash yesterday and was disappointed. I ordered 44 wings at a great price with 4 sauces. The wings were not at all coated in sauce like the pictures. Many had zero sauce on them at all. The fries were not cooked properly and the food was cold by the time I recieved it. I live 5 minutes away and was excited to try this. But instead I dropped $40 on chicken nuggets and ranch.
Considering the owner is the same as Chilis, I was expecting amazing wings.

This place has the best wings I have ever had. They are both high quality and inexpensive. My wife and I go here often. She loves the Santa Fe ones and so far I love the apple smoked bbq and the lemon pepper dry. The only downside is you have to order online and go to Chilis for pick up. Unfortunately the Chilis staff are not always the best. My wife and I love these and will continue to buy their wings. They also have awesome deep fried oreos as a dessert.

First time trying it tonight and so dissatisfied and dissapointed. Food looked great and smelled good. But soon as we ate it chicken was cold and rubbery and fries were cold and definitely reheated. I literally just got my meal and got my money back. I ordered from door dash. They know well that if they served me this at the restaurant there would be issues. But since it was delivery they just give you bad stuff to make it quick. I will never order from this place again and make sure my friend and family around Oldsmar don’t ever come in. I don’t like shady business play like that with food.

Great food if you have a microwave. Terrible service. Ordered a takeout curbside order. Saw the lady put two orders on the to-go table. Another person and I sat there for 15 minutes before just walking in and grabbing our orders. Nobody even said anything to us. Then get home and there’s not even any sauce on the wings, lol. What is going on with service these days. It’s not hard to just care.

Thought I would try a new to me wings place I ordered boneless wings with dry rub. I got them and there was no seasoning at all and they remind me of chicken McNuggets. I might try the bone in wings some other time but there are so many good wings places I don’t want to waste my money.

My worst experience at any chili’s ever my order was missing mashed potatoes the broccoli was cold had no cheese added to it like I asked. Then when they brought me a new side of broccoli it had melted cheese but the broccoli was cold my steak was supposed to be medium rare it was just medium and the soda was flat.

This is literally just a chillis. If you like wings from chillis, you’ll love these, because it’s just a regular old chillis… if you are looking for a locally owned wing place, this isn’t it.
