Ordered wings from them on DoorDash. They accepted the order. In Door Dash the name of my driver changed 3 times which I found odd, but the app told me “we are having problems finding a driver”. Finally a driver calls me saying she was the THIRD driver that showed up to their restaurant and that they didn’t have wings to give me. Like what?! Why did you confirm the order and make these 3 drivers come there!!! I feel terrible and clearly now I can’t compensate these drivers for their lost time. Though in now reading the reviews the silver lining is that it sounds like the food is horrible so I guess I’m saved from bad food?

Ordered through DoorDash, I ordered half garlic parm and half honey chipotle. They sent me all honey chipotle and didn’t include the extra ranch I paid for. I really should have read the reviews for this place before ordering. The receipt that was hooked to my bag had the correct order, and you can see where someone highlighted everything, but still got it wrong.

Too bad there is not less than 1 star. Spoiler alert, this place is Chili’s, not a wing place. Did Grub Hub. Got 1/2 our order and it was ice cold. What we did get was not good. Deceiving marketing and sub par food. Buyer beware.

I’m a dasher as well as a customer for Doordash. Disappointing is the only thing to say because I started getting a 50% off from Doordash for doing an excellent job on delivering food so I get to use that for the order online. I came to pick my food up from the place and when I came there, I ask for drinks for the sprite. The guy told me they don’t have cups at the restaurant so they couldn’t serve drinks, I needed to get my refund back for purchasing it online. Another problem was when I got the food, I order the 2 cinnamon apple hand pie instead I got one blueberry and one chocolate, not okay and won’t return there.

I had ordered chicken wings off of Grubhub from this place. I got robbed with how horrible the wings are for the price I paid. It was chewy and distasteful. Fries tasted like freezer burn. I paid $43 for such a disappointing order.

Worst wings ever. Supposed to be smoked but were not. Dry and could not eat them. Total waste if money. Door dash was misleading did not realize this was inside of chili’s and not a separate restaurant. Not cheap either. The fries were overly salty and inedible.

Had to wait for over 30 minutes for a table when more than 60% of their restaurant was empty. Ordered steak and they not once told me they had no A1 sauce. Instead she brought me and empty bottle. Waitress spent her whole time cleaning tables rather than ask me if I needed a refill. Sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for a refill that never came. Manager didn’t offer a solution or a discount or anything for the bad experience. Asked for boxes and left!

Absolutely worst wings I’ve ever had they were extremely salty over fried to the point they were completely dried out I never been more disappointed especially because we were starving and had just got home from a long trip ended throwing them out they were that bad.
