My food was delivered promptly, but the boneless wings were old, dry and cold. It had the proper flavor, but the sauce was all at the bottom of the container and it too was dried out. I have ordered from this very place quite a few times and it seems they no longer care about their quality of the food that they provide.

The restaurant is located inside the chili’s.The wings were undercooked, the skin was soggy and soft and the insides were pink. Also super skimpy with the flavor sauces. Curly fries were good though.

First we sat for are order to be brought out to us 15 after the time it was to be ready.. we live 8 minutes for Chili’s. We sat down as soon as we got home. Only think that was worth getting was the Dr. Pepper and the cookie. Both orders of wings were extremely dry. I could barely eat two. And the fries. Had whatever seasonings like a half lb on them. And this is not the first time. We thought the first time it was just a bad day. Yeah it just proved us wrong.

For simply advertising just wings. You really expect those wings to Be very very good wings. Not you’re just run of the mill normal wings. So the wings are still good and everything. But not deserving of the title. It’s just wings. Unfortunately, it’s a very normal experience to wait at pickup and not have anybody come out, or have somebody come out 20 minutes later. While your order is sitting right on the rack. You shouldn’t advertise that. Somebody will be out in 5 minutes if somebody’s not going to be out in 5 minutes. And I had to mention this because this is a constant with you guys. For up to 3 years straight now. I would put 8 out of 10 times that I’m upwards of waiting 30 minutes for orders that should have been done when I was there to pick them up. Sometimes won’t even be busy.

Everything went well. I was surprised that it was secondary business inside Chili’s. But the wings are good I only had to wait about 5 minutes when I got there it was pretty busy. Definitely a good deal. I ordered the buffalo the lemon pepper the parmesan garlic and they were all pretty good they could have used a bunch more sauce any wings could have been crispier but 32 bucks for 32 Wings was a good deal

The chicken was warm and juicy. The boneless wings were quite large as well. The sauces are flavorful with decent options. Everything comes with delicious crispy curly fries. The only problem is the wings aren’t remotely crispy.

We had the best dinner !! Ate at the bar and was so comfortable. Barmaid was excellent ! Food was great. We went around 8 pm. And you would of thought it was lunch. Fresh oysters, and crab cakes, the truffle Mac and cheese. What a combo !!. Next time I travel to Glastonbury CT. Max Fish here I come..
