I’ve ordered from here before but this time it was disgusting honestly. I ordered the 12 boneless buffalo wings for delivery and when I got the meal the wings weren’t even sauced, they had a weird crust on the outside like they have sauced the wings first then fried them. It was gritty almost when I tried to eat it. Such a waste of money and it was supposed to be my dinner and now I’m stuck with fries. Such a disappointment

My experiences with Just Wings have been consistently disappointing. They got my order wrong twice—once for a pick-up order and once for delivery. Every time I get wings, they arrive cold, dry, or both. With food prices as high as they are, you’d expect better quality and attention to detail, but it seems like they’re cutting corners to boost their bottom line. I’d recommend skipping this place until they improve. Customers deserve better for their money.

Update 2/8/22: I was contacted by the restaurant and the cost of my meal was refunded. As a result, I will give them another try and review them again.

This was NOT the experience I was hoping for. First of all, this is just Chili’s, not a separate wing restaurant. Secondly, my order was not correctly prepared. Third, after returning to the restaurant, I had to wait 30 minutes for the correct order, with no compensation other than a lame apology. Hopefully this will not happen again. I am hoping to update this review after hearing from the establishment. Stay tuned…
