Dry wings. Sauce was at the bottom on the food and only a little bit. Buffalo wings sauce tasted like straight hot sauce. They only offered to remake the food that night but I had to pick it up. Asked if I could get it the next night and they said no, they don’t apply credits to the next day. Will not be ever ordering from them or the real store Chilis. Still haven’t been given a refund. Don’t order from here. Horrible service. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still have yet to receive a refund from either DoorDash or the store. Even filled out the form again

Okay first off.. i ordered on doordash and did not know it was Chilli’s! I don’t eat from chilli’s because i know the quality of food is poor. I guess this is what i get for trying to be cheap. I ordered wings and they were of poor quality. They were HUGE, tough and basically inedible. The fries was the only good thing. It had great flavour.

I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and fries, the best thing was the fries. My wings were not what I ordered. They put Lemon Pepper on them then tried to cover up with a sauce. I don’t eat salt due to medical reasons and lemon pepper is extremely salty. I had them delivered so I was stuck with eating them . I will not try them again

This place is a mess. First of all they’re located inside of a Chili’s which you wouldn’t have any idea of knowing unless you call them first. So have fun driving around looking stupid, trying to find the location because these folks didn’t have the sense to put up a sign in order to advertise their business. This isn’t even the worst of it.
I ordered on DoorDash and they never even got the order, so when I got here they gave me the wrong order — getting my name mixed up with someone else. So I end up waiting a whole hour for my food. The poor lady at the front desk barely speaks English and is completely clueless as to what’s going on. When I brought it to her attention that they gave me the wrong order, she looked like a deer in headlights — Never eating here again.
Edit: Made it two stars because at least the food was good. Horrible customer service/management though.

I discovered this place while doing a pickup order at my local Chili’s. It is a Virtual kitchen style restaurant with the only option of doordash delivery or pickup. The wings were so good! I got the smoked chicken wings with the ranch rub. They were meaty, crispy skin and tasted amazing. And they came with lots of curly fries. Eight wings and french fries for $8! I also tried the Fried Oreo dessert. Four of them come in an order and they were amazing! Soft tempura style batter around Oreos with chocolate dipping sauce. I will definitely be back

I ordered through doordash I ordered a grilled cheese meal and I received a cheeseburger slider instead also my “mandarin oranges” tasted just like green bell peppers which tells me they’re using the same utensils for the sides which is cross contamination. Totally unsatisfied.
