I had ordered about 12 lemon pepper wings. I was so ready to enjoy some wings as I had been craving them for a while. The wings I got were horrible!!! The first bite I took felt like I took a bite of chicken fat. So I pulled the chicken wing apart to see the clear gummy like substance in the wings. I pulled apart two more wings and they were all the same. I had to throw the whole order away. IF YOU WANT WINGS GET THEM ELSEWHERE!!!HORRIBLE!!!

We ordered wings through Uber eats and honestly really liked the wings but we were very disappointed with the amount of fries we were given. We barely had any fries at all and Uber apparently couldn’t do anything about that
Also they arrived soaked in the sauce of the wings which made them soggy, not the best way to eat fries at all. They should probably put fries separately
If it wasn’t for the fries we probably would have given this place 5 stars. We ordered the Apple bbq and honey chipotle and loved both .

So disappointed with our wing order today. We ordered 32 wings, BBQ and lemon pepper, and let’s just say that the quality was horrible. For almost $50, we were given old wings. Even one of the wings had a gummy texture on the inside which prompted me to stop eating immediately. This will be my last time ordering wings from this establishment, but please step it up and be consistent for your current and future customers.

The place is a bit smaller than expected, looks more of a takeout than a dine in place; however, the service was decent. I got there with 3 kids, each of them wanted something different, imagine that, and the team made it work well and quick for me. Food was great . Would definitely recommend it. And if someone doesn’t like spicy food at all or just a bit, I recommend they get their chicken regular, meaning just deep fried with sauce on the side. Good job guys

Bad experience in Chillys this time. We were waiting for our food for more than an hour and a half. We were waiting for our cocktail for more than 45 minutes. The restaurant was not busy maybe 25% capacity. Timing was 3 on to 5 pm
Bad food, bad presentation, the burger an insult the bread smashed the meat very oily and almost broke all the pieces on the smashed bun bread.
The cocktail patron watermelon is so sweet you don’t feel the tequila and it tastes more like strawberry than watermelon. It is better to drink beer.
The chips were good. I enjoyed the chips more than the whole dinner. Finally something good.

If I could give 0 stars for the food I would. Never will I eat here again. First order returned for slimy undercooked wings. 2nd ordered still received slimy wings. Almost like the chicken is injected with a gel that won’t cook. Returned for a refund. I won’t be eating any chicken wings from anywhere for awhile now due to this experience.

Update: I tried again tonight (July 4th, 24), same thing… the wings were ok but not the best. I only tried them again because Flanigans was closed for the holiday. Thankfully, they got the order right, but the flavor is still medicore at best.
(2019) I ordered Buffalo Wings and just got plain ones. They are edible which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. With some effort this restaurant could be great, unfortunately for now… It’s just barely above mediocre.

Was greeted pretty much immediately by the hostess, was seated with dirty menus, took server 14 mins to get to table, I ordered apps and main course, beer and a margarita, apps got to the table before the water, server in the next seduction was eating while serving food , sad.Server did not feature anything from the menu.. 40 years in this industry I’m ashamed to say I work as a restaurant manager after my visit here , very sad.

We went to celebrate my husbands birthday. We only got to order starters (I told them I needed a moment to think about what I wanted) and we were completely forgotten about. No one ever came back to take our order. We ended up leaving after waiting an hour because we had a 1 yo who was also starving.
