Wings were ready on time, that may be the end of my positives. Regular wings were almost burnt, I believe I got smoked wings instead if regular. Fries were so overcooked that they were hollow inside.

Just ate here for the first time. Not too bad. Wings are very big. Ordered way too many. Went with Buffalo medium, Honey Siracha, and Garlic Parm. All sauces were good. Only complaint is they piled the fries up on top of the wings and they were all soggy when I got home. They should be in their own box. Ordering online is easy and the check in process was quick.

It took a while to figure out the process for this place. Hopefully I can save everyone a little time with this review. The pickup location for this place is in the Chili’s to-go parking area. The signs have the It’s Just Wings logo on it. If you call their phone number it will tell you where to go to pick up. Order was ready in a little less than 15 minutes. The wings we’re really good and hot. It’s a decent value for what you’re getting. Don’t be scared of the low reviews.

Disgusting, dangerous undercooked food. My wings were all raw still. My fries were soggy and barely cooked. All food was cold and Buffalo sauce was all over every container. They forgot the 8 sauces that I paid for. I called the phone # for. refund 6x and no answer. Don’t order food from here.

HORRIBLE! Tried to order wings from this place yesterday. After completing our order online for 2 orders of party wings and selecting all sauces with the group, we were unable to actually place the order because we got a message online saying it cannot be accepted this way. We tried to call – no answer. Then my husband still decided to physically go there to place the order. He was told that you cannot order all of the sauces in person – only select ones. He was also told that you can only order any flavor using Door Dash. Sorry but during COVID, we have not been doing delivery. He proceeded to try to place a revised order but then I told him not to. The employee in the place said “good” when he said never mind. So not only do they make it difficult to order, they don’t seem to want the business anyway. AVOID THIS PLACE!

No sauce on wings, no curbside delivery. You need to go inside to pick up your order which wouldn’t be a problem but that’s not what they advertise and they never tell you to go inside. They say to wait in your car but they never come outside.
