Not only did I have trouble ordering online cause they wouldn’t take call in order, I didn’t receive an order confirmation receipt or anything, it’s like my order disappeared. Staff were not friendly at all. I didn’t receive any blue cheese or ranch for dipping, which didn’t matter after I bit into my first hard and chewy boneless wing, texture was just like freezer burned chicken not cooked all the way. Had to throw the whole meal away I couldn’t eat another thing I was sick to my stomach after looking forward to it. Do not recommend.

This is the stupidest idea ever. I decided to order Chili’s food instead. The restaurant is located inside of Chili’s. I rode around in circle for 30 minutes looking for this place. When I called it says yep we’re inside of Chili’s. I walked inside of Chili’s asked to order wings. She says you have to order online before you come in. I said there’s nothing saying I have to order online or a sign for the restaurant. I told the Chili’s waitress if I had order online then show up looking for the restaurant. My food will have been cold because I would have been riding around in a circle over 30 minutes looking for a restaurant. I truly believe they lose a lot of customers to Chili’s. Why not order Chili’s food The cashier is right there friendly ready to take your order

We ordered 32 wings. They were so dry it wasn’t funny. The only way to get dryer wings was to order them dry. Their fries all taste burnt. I will never order from them again. For wings being their specialty, they are real bad at it. Don’t ever order wings from this place. They are so bad, that if they were free, it would still be over priced.

Ordered wings from this place. I got 2 melted styrofoam boxes, wet soggy French fries and I guess u call them wings. I don’t like fries anyways so that has nothing to do with the one star. The wings were severely undercooked but my girlfriends were the same so it leads me to believe they cook all there wings like that. No crunch to the skin and tons of fatty pieces in each wing. I don’t know how that’s possible seeing as they are “chicken wings” maybe I’m just being too harsh but out of all the wings I’ve ever had they’ve never had additional fatty pieces. This leads me back to the cooking, maybe leave em in for another 30 seconds? I don’t know how your fryers work. I ordered Buffalo wings which came with the sauce on them I think, but in all honesty there was no sauce. I think it might do this place better to outsource other wing restaurants maybe take a team trip to BWW it’s right across the street. The Dr Pepper I got was fantastic but not sure how you go wrong with syrup and a machine. Lastly we did not eat the wings, we are taking them to our work place to cook them more and put more sauce on it and in short just make them worth eating.
P.S. ordering take out has nothing to do with the quality of food we live 10 minutes away no reason this is what I should’ve gotten for what I payed for

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. I ordered the 12 boneless wing combo with the zing sauce and chipotle barbecue and received the equivalent of Tyson Chicken nuggets with no sauce and a dash of random seasoning. My husband ordered the bone in wing combo with 2 different signature sauces, he received the wrong sauce on all of the wings, and they were all fat, no meat. This is a ghost kitchen restaurant out of the Chili’s in Pier Park. Just go to the Chili’s instead. Or Buffalo Wild Wings. Anything but here.

The worst wings I have ever had!! The honey chipotle bone-in wings were huge and fatty and barely had enough sauce to taste. The were done but looked undercooked. My nephew got the boneless chipotle wings from “Chili’s” which is the same place, so I had to use his extra sauce. The curly fries were way over cooked and looked like the scraps that were left over. I was not surprised to see that they had a rating of 2. Who knows how they achieved that! We will never eat there again!! If you can’t do wings right, leave it alone, pleeaassee!!!!

Wonderful experience!
We ordered the 34 piece bone in wings and fries from the west of the beach. Cook and delivery (door dash) took about 45 mins. The wings were CRISPY, FULL OF TASTEE and absolutely a family favorite.
I don’t know why the negative reviews previously but I will be frequenting this restaurant often!

Worst wings i have ever had. Of 32 wings only 5 have been eaten. Fries tasted like they sat in the refrigerator all day and was microwaved before being delivered. $56 wasted on garbage. Definitely will not be ordering again.
