I love the sante fe sauce. I really hate that they got rid of the curly fries. The wings would benefit greatly if there was an extra crispy option in ubereats. I typically put them in the oven extra but i wish i didnt have to do that.

This was really pretty terrible. We ordered through Grubhub and the order arrived quickly, but the food was awful. The wings were barely sauced and some of the batter on the wings wasn’t even fully fried. Not appetizing. At all. They were inedible. We got a refund through Grubhub.

GROSS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am sorry but this is the absolute worst food I have had in a long time. The service was awful. Ordered online and it told us to park in the Chili’s To-Go and push the button in the app when we arrived, we did. We sat there and sat there for over 35 minutes (yes I know that’s a long time but every since Covid customer service is non existent due to shortage of staff. Even the car that pulled up right after us waited until my husband went in to check on ours before she went in). Finally my husband goes in to cancel our order and get a refund and finds our food sitting on a Doordash shelf. Hello?! We didn’t order it by Doordash and the Just Wings app said they would bring our food out! My husband asked a waitress as she was passing why it was just sitting there and she said “Is it a Just Wings order?”, “yes” my husband replied, “that’s why!” she said. Horrible customer service! There was no other employee around so he just took the food and left. We had three orders of traditional wings and fries and all three of us threw the food away after attempting to try a bite of both the fries and wings. I wish I could give negative stars. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! GROSS!!

This has to be the worst wings and service that I have ever had. I checked in and then waited for over 35 minutes before I just went inside to see where my order was. I noticed that it was on the doordash rack and it was not a doordash. When I got it home the chicken wings were gross. The fries were soggy and cold. I will not be going back.

These were some of the worst wings I’ve ever had. Extremely overcooked with little to no sauce. They also forgot to send the ranch dressing. I would highly advise ordering wings elsewhere.
