I just called a little while ago for the FIRST AND LAST time to try to order some wings! The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude when I tried to order, snapping off at me, “You can’t do that over the phone.” I said, “Ok, that’s fine, I’ll be by in a few minutes and can just order in person.” She again rudely snapped off at me, “You can’t do that either! You have to order online only.” I replied, “Ok, I guess I won’t be ordering wings from you then”, to which she hung up on me! How am I supposed to order online only if I’m flipping driving! There’s a right and a wrong way to explain things! Considering that I’m not a mind reader, mouthing off at me is definitely not the way! Good customer service is truly hard to find anymore. I see why this place got a horrible review on the Nextdoor app!

I am so upset. We ordered $100 worth of food today. All but two of our orders were bone in. When my order arrived all of the bone in orders were so overcooked that we couldn’t eat them. When I tried to contact the store, I couldn’t get anyone to answer. This was theft and I’ll never order from you again. The food used to be so good in the past but you’ve lost a customer. It’s one thing to make a mistake. It’s another to not address of rectify the issue.

I don’t know what Chili’s was thinking when they put “It’s just wings” in there. Those are the worse wings I’ve ever tasted. I ordered lemon pepper and got plain, order bleu cheese and got ranch. The fries were stale, and bland too. So outside of the food being nasty as hell, the employees obviously can’t read.

The packaging of clear plastic container is not conducive to retain heat. The fries and wings were cold. Habanero sauce appeared thrown over wings and fries. Hopefully this was an isolated case. Also paid for extra sauce that was not received.

If i could rate this a zero i would, ordered sauce on wings there was none, cold wings, hard fries, frozen wing taste, got blue cheese instead of ranch, and on top of it all a hair in my chicken. worst chicken wing experience ever.

One out of three servers seemed to realize customers are necessary. Food was cold and unappealing. Peach cobbler and macaroni were both good. Cabbage, wings, and ribs garbage.

Tons of food for a great price! We love it! Only complaint is that wings could use more sauce and we have to buy side of extra sauce with each order, but flavor and portion is great.

The delivery driver delivered our food to the wrong house. We had to go pickup the food from the house instead of the driver which is absurd. Once we got the food it was not fresh, and the fries were so hard I thought I would crack a tooth. I rarely write a bad reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing.
