First and foremost I went to pick my order up and this is chili’s restaurant. I got confused following the gps because why would they make it seem like they are a wing food chain. The wings are gmo, I can see every single bone through the meat. It’s weird and it don’t have taste other than the seasonings. This is fraud and false advertisement to get more money because people clearly don’t order Chili’s wings! The chilli’s fries were good tho smh

Location: save yourself some time it literally is in the back part of chilies and the parking spots that are marked as chilies curbside order is shared with them. I was super confused driving around looking for it, I gave up called and the first thing that happened was a voice automation explaining that it was IN the chilies. Like if that’s your number 1 call in you may need to consider another location, especially when you lack any signage or marketing.
Staff: Great and friendly staff, I was lost on the parking situation she kindly went out of her way to meet me outside of their parking locations and share with me the right spots. (Chilis curbside spots,

Food: the curly fries are pretty good I don’t believe they have a seasoned option which is fine these are pretty good on their own and perfectly cooked. The wings were real disappointing once again they were cooked flawlessly but when you order wings with sauce please add sauce! Legit it seems they dab sauce on the bottom liner to trick you into thinking there’s a lot but they only sprinkle sauce on the actual wings. So what you’re left with is plain wings or chicken nuggets. As the cup of ranch they give you is only 1/4ths of the way full.
Overall review your staff is great, just let them coat the wings in the sauce and fill the ranch cups up. (Ketchup for the fries would be dope) and at least put some time of advert up so people can find you.

Received the wings RAW. I am not a picky eater and I understand when people make mistakes here and there, but this is completely unacceptable. The pictures that you see is what they looked like AFTER I put them in the oven for 20 minutes.

I’ve ordered on doordash from a few it’s just wings locations, this one included, but when I got dinner (bone in wings, 2 orders of 12, fully sauced no dry rubs), they came covered in NO SAUCE. Just fry seasoning. Making the wings dry and almost inedible. I’m leaving 3 stars instead of one because of my past positive experiences with them.

Wife waited for an extra 25 minutes for doordash pickup order while they were waiting for a delivery driver. Also out out of all the sauced wings i have ordered, 80% of 32 party wings had almost no sauce. Did have lots of curly fries, but would not recommend.

I placed a Door Dash order for two boneless wing combos, which are supposed to have ranch included. On top of that, an additional two ranches for .50¢ each. Not only were the initial ranches excluded from the order, but so were the additional ranches that I paid for. Additionally, straws were excluded and the wings and fries were just tossed together. Extremely disappointed with the lack of consideration our order was given, as well as the lack of quality our food exhibited. Do not recommend.

In all honesty, this place would have decent wings if they were not so bland… the curly fries even come soggy and disgusting. I am giving it 2 stars because the young man I spoke to tonight was very polite and respectful. You as a restaurant really need to honor what you put on your website (that everyone sees when they are curious about eating at your establishment or not..) and follow thru with your closing times as well as making sure any updates to said schedule are listed..

The food is okay but they’ve never once gotten an order correct and they seriously rip you off. You can’t get anyone’s attention when picking up the order so you have to stand at the counter forever to get the order they made fixed.

This is Chili’s. This is not a wing place… and this is NOT the Just Wing it Food truck or their Just Wing it restaurant now in West Jefferson!! Not sure why they come up when I google. They were not up to par and No comparison on quality and flavor either!!

Honestly I thought the wings were great. They gave me so many fries I thought I’d drown in them. I’m definitely buying from here again.
