So let’s start off with the fact that I can’t give ZERO stars!!!!! Last night I ordered Its just wings thru Uber Eats. And this is how my lemonade was delivered to me. The Uber Eats driver tells me that the restaurant ran out of lids for the lemonade. So instead of swapping it out or reimbursing me, this is how they thought it would be a sufficient way of sending me an open container. I am beyond livid and disgusted with the level on complacency amongst other things! I will NEVER order anything from this business again!

Highly disappointed. I asked for hot dry rub and there’s barely any seasoning on them so they’re just plain wings. And the fries were greasy and cold. Ordered through a third party site and was not aware that this is CHILLIs. I hate their food for this reason & wouldn’t of ordered

It was decent. My appetizer came out cold sent it back. The smoke house combo was ok. The quesadilla lacked flavor, the crispers were good. Fries were hot. My friend had a Carne asada dish she said it was ok. My other friend got southwest egg rolls. The hennyrita was good

I originally thought this place was pretty good, but recently they’ve been cooking their wings in such a way that gives them a strange smoky flavor, which doesn’t work when you get them with any kind of sauce. On top of that, whenever we order it for pickup, they tell us to wait in our car and someone will bring it out. After waiting awhile wondering if the food is even ready, we end up having to go in and grab it. It wouldn’t be so bad to do that if the site you ordered from didn’t tell you to do the opposite every time. At this point, there are so many other chicken wing places around, why bother?

I ordered through DoorDash and did not receive any fries with the 3 combos that I ordered and all the drinks we’re filled up with ice. There was barely any drink in the cups. I have ordered from them previously and never had this experience. Their food is not always the best but it gets the job done. Will definitely not be ordering from them again. Save your time and money!!

Got an order from them and the strips said it comes with curly fries and ranch. There was no fries and the wing boxes came with a tiny amount of fries. They don’t give you what you pay for and forget to put some in at all.
