My fiancé and I have ordered It’s Just Wings nearly every Sunday for the past 6 months or so because we love it so much. It deserves 5 stars for the quality of the boneless wings and fries combo!! For $12 you can’t beat it! However, we just went to place our weekly order only to find out that they got rid of the Honey Sriracha flavor. I have never been so heart broken in my life. I don’t even want to order anymore because the other flavors just aren’t the same. They also changed the ordering site from ItsJustWings to DoorDash and it is just not user friendly the way it used to be. I don’t think I’ve written a Google review in my life, but it seemed like this was the only way for me to plead my case. Please bring back Honey Sriracha You lost your favorite customers!!

This is the 3rd time in a row that my family has ordered dinner from here and had food missing. Not only was a side order of fries missing that we ordered, but even the fries from an order for one of our KIDS was missing. On top of that theres always missing cups of dipping sauce that they have the nerve to charge you for when they hardly put any sauce on the wings. Then when you call and complain you just get a literal run around between them and doordash because they cant just send the missing items out that they forgot in the first place becauce everything has to be done through doordash, who then just credits you making you have to go through ordering, order fees, and tipping a driver all over again. Tonights odder has reminded me why i havent ordered from them in months. The overall quality has gone completely downhill.

Worst wing place ever. Our wings were cold and hard as rocks. My bf almost broke his tooth. They tried to blame Uber eats for the issue, yet it was their food and kitchen that clearly messed up. Couldn’t get a refund. Was told we could come come in to get new ones but that we’d have to pay for it. These were so hard I probably could have used them as chalk to draw. Better places out there. If I could give a zero I would. I’m sure they will comment a generic comment underneath this or even blame Uber eats but at the end of the day, you allowed your food to go out like that. That’s on you and no one else. They didn’t even take accountability

If you like sauceless wings with flavors that are cannot be distinguished from one another, this is for place. If you like Tyson popcorn chicken cooked in your home oven, this may satisfy because Its just wing’s is only a level down in quality. Side note, ranch is your only included option as a dipping sauce, which I guess is fine if thats your Jam but bleu cheese dressing is the preferred for wing lovers. They will really need to step it up for me to do a reorder. Not sure what the issue is here because Chilis has good chicken

Received the food from Uber eats. The food not only arrived 2hrs & 10min later but it was stale, frozen cold. You can tell it wasn’t fresh. We ended up putting a complaint in & the manager said their was nothing they could do about the quality of the food! And the food is honestly coming from chili’s. Which they don’t state on their profile when you order. Plain out embarrassing to serve food with such low quality. Never again.

We have had these wings three times. The first two times they were good. I don’t know what happen today. We picked them up within 10 minutes after ordering and came right home. We immediately opened the boxes to eat, the boneless wing were cold and soggy, their was only one curly fry and the rest of them were end pieces of the fries. The other order we got were 8pc boned wings, there were only 7 pcs and the fries were in same form as the other order. Thank you, Disappointed customer.

Too bad I have to give a 1 star after eating for the time. I understand the hard times restaurants are but that shouldn’t affect the service and the good, if fact they should improve them to attract customers back. The service was slow and the food more than mediocre. I ordered the special 2 for $25 to share with my grandson. Caesar salads were limp and saggy, quesadillas were half dry and empty, no cheese(looked dryed out) or chicken. The fajitas chicken, same totally dry, the first guacamole was black so I asked for another one I was given another brown one. My grandson asked for dessert, got his, ate it and the waitress hadn’t been back to get my dessert order. ?!?! Bad service, worts food.

Absolutely HORRIBLE Door Dash service. Manager did not care that the food arrived over an hour and was cold. I was just told by the manager herself to take it up with Door Dash. DO NOT patronize such a a careless establishment…especially when it comes to food! The manager was so snarky and could really care less about a complaint. She outright DID NOT WANT to rectify the order.
