It was a bad day at work and I really wanted wings. Buffalo wild wings is too far away so I settled for this. The wings were dry. The french fries were disgusting. Soggy or hard. Luckily my friends had a bottle of buffalo wild wings sauce in the fridge, which gave these dry wings a little bit of life. The best thing on the menu honestly is a cookie skillet. Probably one of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had and it’s national chocolate chip cookie day. Don’t order from here. Literally just go to McDonald’s and get the cheeseburger. But definitely stop by for a cookie.

Over cooked, dry, flavorless, I ordered the 16 piece with 2 flavors…. Santa Fe (hot) and Southwest Cajun dry rub (hot). There was NO SAUCE AND NO DRY RUB. I’ll be calling customer service also (everyone has a corporate number) this is beyond ridiculous. The curly fries was the only good thing about it, I didn’t wanna loose any teeth trying to eat the chicken branch.

Ordered a 16pc Bone-In wing combo & never received the fries. QC/QA is absolutely absent.
I was able to call and get a partial refund for the missing items, but items being packed “to go/curbside” should be inspected & insured for accuracy before leaving the door.
The food:
Wings were great & cooked well all around. The sauce options are phenomenal. I wouldn’t mind ordering from this establishment again.

I am a chicken wing guy, but my experience with the quality of these wings was disappointing. I order an 8 piece 4 hot and 4 lemon pepper last night through Uber and when I received them immediately I was disappointed not only were the wings dry and had no sauce but they were soggy.

Ordered directly from their website-Delivery fee plus processing fee? Cheaper to order from Doors Dash/Uber Eats. Food is good-fee’s are ridiculous!! Would have saved $3 by NOT using their website. It;s not the money, it’s the BS fee’s.

To be honest I’m not even sure where this place is. I ordered some food on doordash and the food took an hour to get here because the driver couldn’t even find the place, and I can’t blame him, as when I looked for the place on google maps it showed a different location than it did on doordash. Very confusing. I will say, I enjoyed the food, my only complaints are that the fries were cold because of how long it took for the food to get here and the sprite tasted disgusting for whatever reason. I’d say 3 stars is generous.

I ordered online and I ordered for me and my father 11 wings and fries for both and we each only got 9 wings and little to no fries with one seasoned and the other not seasoned when they where both supposed to be seasoned we called them and they tried saying that it wasn’t there fault it was the online order so they did nothing to help in the situation
