My boyfriend and I just ordered these tonight and almost all the wings weren’t cooked all the way! I ate one and the next one was obviously not cooked properly as you can tell from this picture! If I could give this place -5 stars I would. This could make somebody very sick and I’m hoping that we don’t. I will be contacting the correct person because this is not right!

Ordered for pickup. Arrived and checked in. Food never brought out, had to go in found my food sitting on a shelf not being kept warm.
Manager offered to microwave my food for me because it was upset it was getting cold. Blamed short staffing and covid.
Took food home was ice cold, missing all dipping sauces. No straws given for drinks.
Quality / quantity is no longer there. Buffalo Wild Wings is a few miles from this store they will get my business from now on.

My sister ordered Uber eats and had asked me if I had wanted some of her bbq and lemon pepper boneless wings, I said yes. I took one of the bbq wings and I had devoured it, it was so incredible I had more until it was almost gone. I’ll sure be stopping by here. Food was STONE COLD by the time it came from the restaurant to my home. The drive from the restaurant to my front door is literally less than 2 minutes. I ordered online and was already at the restaurant when I got the alert that my wings were ready for pickup, so before anyone says anything, the wings were picked up immediately after the restaurant said they were ready. There’s no telling how long my food sat around before someone decided to text me for pickup. Very disappointing, and certainly not worth the money.

I’ve had better frozen wings. The sauces are gross. Even the ranch is gross. Like, how do you mess up ranch. Don’t waste your money, just go to Buffalo Wild Wings or make your own.

The name should be “It’s just chili’s” because it’s actually chili’s. The food is good but the wings are never constant, one time I got huge wings, another time I got little tiny wings. I also just had an order canceled for no reason.

If I could give it ZERO I would. I sat at the Curbside To Go waiting on my food. Decided to go in and get it after waiting 10 mins after checking in twice. I ask for my order and the rude brunette in the black shirt with glasses dropped on the counter and walked off. Then when I said, “The drinks, too!” She repeated the same behavior. AND THE FOOD IS COLD.

The wings were terrible – I had people over to watch a game and was embarrassed to serve these. Like frozen wings from a gas station quality. We wound up throwing over half of them away and ordering pizza. Stay away – there is a reason they are the cheapest wings you can find – and that reason is because they are terrible.
