First thing is why is this place called “it’s just wings” and its actually, Chilis? The wings were not crispy as requested and the buffalo wings were plain. Where’s the sauce? The sweet chili taste terrible. First and last time ordering here.

Reading the reviews, I almost didn’t order but I just felt for chicken wings, so I did. Yes, the fries were cold but the chicken was well spiced, better than most chicken, restaurants serve. Spice wasn’t just on the chicken, u could taste it in the meat, a bit.

Yo!! I LOVED my dinner, wings were not breaded, portion was great on meat and fries, BUT you get at least a letter grade ding on what I just aww when I opened my bleu cheese.
Less than 50% full dressing cup….. what were you thinking telling your cooks that was okay?!
I will order again because food was amazing but charging extra for sauce is acceptable but giving WEAK portion is heinous.

The wings were cold and there was no seasoning on them. The fries were cold and the fried Oreos were cold. The chocolate dipping sauce was empty so no dipping the Oreos could happen either. Apparently to this place, to go orders means sending out the garbage. If I ever order from this place again, shoot me.

I would say the flavors are good. The wings, on the other hand, can use some help. They were very fatty and not that crispy. The wings would be pretty good if a better wing was used and they were fried a little longer.

I ordered pickup online. I waited outside after checking in for 20 minutes. Gave them a call and they assured me they would be right out after “clearing some of these people out”. 35 minutes go by and I went inside. A girl came sauntering out, and I mean actually sauntering, with her hands in her jacket pockets slack jawing a piece of gum. Told her I’ve been waiting outside for over 30 minutes. She hands me the bag and said “I’m so sorry” as sarcastically as possible. In the 35 minutes I waited, I watched every customer that was also waiting have to go inside to get their order. It seems like they just simply did not want to go outside. I also saw them looking out the window several times. Not only was my food ice cold, it was missing the extra sauce I paid for. I get that sometimes it gets busy and everyone is short staffed. This was 100% laziness judging by her demeanor. I will not be back.

Bone in wings no sauce on them. Fries cold. Boneless wings thrown in container with fries and sauce all sitting in bottom of container with the cold fries soaking it up as well. No ranch dip came with it either. This foodie will never order again.
