We stopped in Chili’s for a late lunch and sat in the Bar, now known as Just Wings. Who knew? We ordered the smokehouse sampler. I chose spice rubbed ribs, Nashville Hot Chicken and Jalapeno Cheddar smoked sausage. It came with fries, Mexican street corn on the cob and garlic bread. No, I didn’t eat it all but it hit the spot very nicely. The Mrs. Ordered the ribs with house BBQ sauce and brisket quesadillas and two sides of white cheddar Mac n cheese. Oh man, that’s good eats right there. We were so excited about the Smokehouse menu, we forgot to get chips and salsa. So we got a box and ordered them to go. Service was great, food came out on time as ordered. What more could you ask for?

We’ve gotten from here many times before. It’s always 50/50 on if it’s going to be good or not. Sometimes everything is cold. Sometimes the chicken is like rubber but we get from here in a pinch usually later at night. This time was just a terrible experience. I ordered from Its just wings and from Chilis so two separate orders. My boyfriend went to pick it up and came back for us to discover they gave us the wrong It’s just wings order. He had to drive back to return it (thinking they would throw it away or maybe just have us keep it) and get the right order. Instead of tossing it or having us keep it they said they were going to call the person to come get it. So gross. If I knew someone had my food and brought it home I wouldn’t want it we could’ve touched it, taken a bite, dropped it on the floor, literally anything. Then they gave him our correct order but didn’t remake it so it was sitting there for over an hour. We didn’t even get an apology, discount, nothing for their mistake. They also made a weird comment asking him if he “had something to do with it”. Like what does that even mean? Unprofessional and unsanitary. We also of course had to heat it up since it was cold as ice. Last straw for us won’t be getting from here anymore and be careful they’re not recycling your food!!!

It’s a lie. It’s Chili’s trying to rip people off. Same Chili’s ingredients, same Chili’s kitchen staff cooking it, same Chili’s pick up door, even same Chili’s staff bringing it to your car. Good luck ever getting a refund from Chili’s for the Ghost kitchen order. Oops, I mean ‘It’s Just Wings’.

Ordered my wings “Xtra crispy” and they were cooked PERFECTLY for me. Imo- this place has the second best wings in my entire area. “Pizza Factory- in Amesbury, MA- has yet to be beaten. (Again- only in my own opinion. I do not speak for others- as I have no desire to- whatsoever.)

Ordered 6 boneless BBQ and 6 boneless Garlic Parm wings with a Coke through DoorDash and received all Bone-In wings. They neglected to include the blue cheese sauce with either wings as well. Because the bag was not properly handled all the garlic parm oily sauce was saturated into the bag I was handed. What’s worse is my kids don’t eat meat on the bone so it went right into the garbage. Just a bad overall experience, but what drove me to write this review is the fact that when I reported the mistakes to DoorDash the system said sorry and here is your $6.00 credit on your next order. I’m sorry I just spent $37.22 on food that was thrown out, incomplete and poorly handled. I reached out to It’s Just Wings inside the Chili’s in Seabrook only to be told “Sorry that’s a DoorDash issue and I can’t help you.” For those that have read my reviews I almost never write a bad one, but this is just unacceptable. And the DoorDash app has you select the $6.00 credit (the only option) as your acceptance to their prescribed resolution so you have no other recourse. Bad customer service across the board!

One order was fantastic, my daughters boneless wings and fries were cold, dry and over cooked. Chili’s could not do anything to help. I was told to go through DoorDash , strange because I ordered through the IJW Website. I called the number that was given to me by Chili’s and then Jordache told me they had no record of my order at all but yet Chili’s had no record of anything other than be placing the order through the IJW

This exceeded my expectations for togo wings. They were all cooked through, sauced , and toasty. The cilantro jalapeno sauce was heavy and did not disappoint! The garlic parm sauce is a rare and exceptional blend.

These boneless wings were absolutely terrible!!! They barely put any sauce on them and were completely dried out. They are about on par with Tyson’s frozen boneless wings. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy mediocrity.

There seems to be no physical place to walk up to a person, look at a menu, and order the food. Online menu looks interesting, but I’m not about to sign up for an app to buy a piece of takeout chicken.

I like the options this place has for sauces and different menu items. The guy at the counter answered my questions and was friendly with all the people I saw come in. The only downside here was they told me 15 minutes for the order to be ready and it took over 40 minutes.
