Decent spot for lunch. Casual, selection of shaved ice, tea, boba and a full menu of food. My Taiwanese cohort and I ordered a wonton soup (no salt) and a black papper beef and rice along with 6 wings. As lunch goes it was pretty good over all. From my American prospective the food was good and from her born in Taiwan prospective the wonton soup was ok. She commented she felt place leaned toward Americanized Taiwanese .
I give a good rating here as it has a large selection of Taiwanese plates and drinks and the quality was good. It is more than what I normally call a cafe since it has all the food selection.

Hidden gem…. really like the popcorn chicken….it is so good. The only thing is they can’t make it spicy. Don’t think they have the ground red pepper that usually is sprinkled over the popcorn chicken at other places…they just told me to get a Chili sauce at the condiments table….but no big deal….it’s a great popcorn chicken

Best fried rice I’ve ever had! Pork fried rice is my favorite but the shrimp is also fantastic. I also love the black pepper steak! I used to come a few times a week when I lived here. Miss y’all, come back soon!

I used to love itea; it’s been a staple in Irvine for 10+ years. The quality of food really worsened, and the price is getting ridiculous. They changed a lot of the authentic ingredients to something else along with the way they prepare many of the dishes. For similar tasting food, I suggest going to tofu king.

The taste is okay. But the food there are especially served for those who want to lose weight, because only very little rice will be provided in each meal, this is not kidding, very little. Then you have to add one more rice which costs you 2.5 bucks, wow! What a smart owner! By the way, you’d better check with cash, for those who just take credit cards, good news! you will be charged extra 50 cents. Actually, these additional charge are not much! But it is disgusting!
