First visit and it was awesome! Cat at the front is warm and welcoming. Other reviews mentioned the ginormous portions and they’re right! The pizza box in the picture? I thought it was a sign (LOL) it’s actually a box for their ginormous pizzas.
Ordered the Manicotti. Flavor of the sauce and cheese YUM. Sauce is definitely made there. Only very slight ding is Manicotti itself. Rather bland but I’d been warned it wasn’t made there and the sauce made up for it. The OMG moment came when I tasted the garlic bread. Wows unbelievably good!
Overall a wonderful experience. I’ll be back!!

Very nice atmosphere, clean, bright, and open. Self seat, self serve, & self cleanup. Servers were very nice. No complaints about food from anyone in our large party of 11. Loved the desserts too!

Humongous portions and quality food? The prices are because of literally 3 to 4 servings per si gle purchase and so worth it. From scratch dining with a large sit in that is self service is lovely and worth it.

Staff were great and helpful. We chose to dine in. We ordered mozzarella sticks and a 16in meat pizza. There wasn’t anything special about either. Glad we tried something new though.

I had the Lasagna and my wife had the Meat Calzone. We both were impressed with the quantity and quality. We also ordered 10 wings to bring home. I am not a big fan of breaded wings, but they were still really good. We will be back. They have great specials!!

We stopped by after a craving for Italian and loved it. We ordered a small (ha!) calzone and a lasagna. Then we decided to get wings because we can take them home. Well we ended up taking boxes to go because they are not skimpy on sizing! The lasagna had a FULL bowl of sauce and cheese and was really good. The calzone was stuffed w cheese and lots of meats. It was really good. After looking around I decided that our next visit will have to be the Philly cheese steak sub because it looked amazing. The place is self seating and order at the counter. It was clean and well kept. There are about 8 or so tables. The employees brought the food out as it was ready. We will define back and I took note of their FB Page with all their specials.

I’ve tried pizza all over the area, and this little hidden gem of a family-owned spot has the absolute best pizza around. Toppings are generous and high-quality. Their garlic cheese knots are to die for. the marinara is so good. The staff is super friendly, the place has that cozy neighborhood vibe. This is my new forever spot!

My husband I ate here around thanksgiving. We enjoyed both of our dishes we ordered. Would recommend getting the Greek garlic knots! (You can come back and like this review later once you try those garlic knots ;)). My husband ordered a large calzone and it was enough for more than 2 meals for him!

Incredible Food & Generous Portions – A Hidden Gem in Kingsport!
We had an amazing experience at Italianos on Ridgefield Road! From start to finish, everything was phenomenal. We ordered the garlic knots with cheese, Alfredo pasta, a fresh salad, and the vegetable spaghetti — every single dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The garlic knots alone are worth the visit — soft, cheesy, and absolutely delicious!
The restaurant has a relaxed, self-serve setup. You seat yourself, place your order at the counter, and the food is brought right to your table. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient.
One thing to note: the portion sizes are huge! You’ll definitely want to bring your appetite — or at least grab a take-home box. The value for the quality and quantity of food is outstanding.
If you’re in the Kingsport area and craving great Italian food in a casual, no-fuss atmosphere, Italianos is a must-try. We’ll absolutely be back!
