Well, I see quite a few low reviews lately; but I want to post mine because every time we go we have an amazing experience.
Last time we ordered was January 10, 2026, we ordered a half a tray of fettuccine Alfredo with chicken pasta and rolls (it was a pickup order). The meal was delicious and well served. The staff is super friendly.
I haven’t been back to Olive Garden since I started dinning at Italiano’s.
I hope the last low reviews from the other customers is just a bad batch of food and Italiano’s fixes the issues.
Meanwhile, I do recommend Italiano’s.

An outstanding Italian restaurant with ll the traditional dishes and some creative ones. Lobster Ravioli was great. So was the triple chocolate cake! Very family friendly- they will set up a table long enough for the whole family. My highest recommendation. Service great. Prices very reasonable.

The food at the one in Kingwood was definitely better. I had seen the spumoni desert when leaving the Kingwood location and that was what motivated me to stop at Italianios again was a disappointed when it came out. The spumoni was like a rock pie. ( overly frozen). One could not use a fork or a spoon to eat it. My boyfriend ordered the veal piccata and sent it back due to the sour taste.

Im pretty disappointed. I have been going here for years and I have always gotten the chicken Alfredo because It was always perfect!! But today something isn’t right. The flavor of sauce was blan. They gave me lots of dry noodles with very little sauce. This happened to me before but I figured maybe a different cook or something. It’s sad because it use to be $13.50 when the bowl was way bigger and it was just make right. Now it’s $17.50 with a smaller bowl and less quality. I just hope things can get better. ❤️ this is my favorite restaurant

Food is really really good. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about is. My friends and I were celebrating a friend’s BD. A part of the party, informed the waitress (3 times)that we were celebrating a friend’s BD. Time past, a friend had to leave, the waitress still hadn’t come to acknowledge the birthday. As time passed the rest of the party was ready to leave, the waitress brought the tickets, cleaned the table, Yet still said nothing. So, when she came back to the table, She was asked why didn’t she acknowledge our party’s celebration. She was informed us, how she likes to clean the then do the celebration. We told her that, one part of the party left(she knew because she brought a To Go bag).
If the waitress would have communicated/informed us of how she routinely get ready for the celebration, there would have been less frustration and anger.
All in all again the food is very good. I would visit again.

Me & my family went to dinner here yesterday night 11/13, we all ordered different dishes. I noticed my fettuccine chicken Alfredo had a very strong seafood smell couldn’t eat it I let the waiter know he said he could remake the meal but I asked to just pack it to go as I couldn’t stomach eating. We get home and I kid you not I had extreme stomach pains, severe vomiting and diarrhea I was rushed to the emergency room as I am 35 weeks pregnant. We loved this restaurant would drive over 30 mins to go here but honestly I’m just so terrified of eating here again after getting food poisoning extremely scary experience.
