I feel disappointed having to write this review about Italiano, but after multiple attempts to resolve matters directly, I feel I have no other option.
On two separate occasions, the individual delivering their leaflets appeared to be paying unusual attention to our property rather than simply posting the leaflet. We have video footage showing behaviour that concerned us. When checking neighbouring CCTV, it appeared that leaflets were delivered normally elsewhere, which added to our unease.
Naturally, this raised questions, so I tried to contact the business to clarify what was going on. I called over a dozen times in an attempt to speak with a manager or owner. Throughout these calls I remained polite and simply wanted an explanation. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly told to call back, had calls ended abruptly, or was spoken to in a dismissive and at times rude manner. On one occasion I felt the tone was unnecessarily aggressive.
I also attempted to make contact via email but could not find a clearly listed address. The contact details referenced within privacy documentation did not appear to work, as emails were returned undelivered.
Given the response over the phone, I did not feel comfortable visiting the premises in person.
I sincerely hope the quality of their food is better than the level of customer service I experienced, as unfortunately my dealings with the business were extremely poor.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.
If any further incidents occur, we will pass the footage to the appropriate authorities and allow them to assess the situation.

I have been ordering pizzas from here for several years and they used to be delicious with generous toppings. Today I didn’t get what I ordered and the amount of toppings was pitiful! Obviously trying to save a few pence, but I won’t be using them again.

Portions are tiny. The garlic bread just tasted like raw dough, The milkshake tasted so bad that I had to throw it away. Did not listen to my request on what flavour ice cream I wanted as they make you put your own flavour choice on to the Comment box

We ordered food. 1 pizza 1 dirty fries 1 garlic bread tomato 1 burger and a milkshake.
The plus side they gave us 1 too many pizzas.
The pizzas were about room temperature as was the garlic bread just slightly warmer.
The garlic bread had no tomato on it and very little flavour.
The dirty fries were nice although cold
As with the burger.
The milkshake was nice.
They over charged us on delivery as we are 2.5 miles away yet £3 was on delivery over 3 miles.
We will not be using these again I’m afraid.

We order regularly from these but twice now on two separate occasions have the staff been rude and challenging.
We called and placed an order, an hour went by and the food still hadn’t arrived so I called them to see where it was. I believe the manager or owner answered and told me I had only just made the order because that’s what his staff had told him. When I explained I hadn’t just made the order he then lowed his tone.
They don’t seem to listen and have an attitude problem. It’s a shame as the food is really nice.

Remarkable staff, delivery drivers are wonderful & the food is brilliant.
Haven’t found anywhere better & I am an extremely fussy eater!

Beautiful pizzas so fresh lovely reception when ordering and five star maners from the delivery driver. I’m not a big pizza lover but will always use these when I am in the pizza mood. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Could be converted to eating so called bad foods for you
