It is a neighborhood gem nestled on a side street on the UES. This is our go to spot for Italian food on the UES. The service is wonderful, prices aren’t over the top and the food is amazing. If you don’t see a dish on the menu, they will make it for you (as long as they have the ingredients). We never had a bad meal!

Everyone needs to try this restaurant! Whether you’re a local in the area or not, it’s worth the commute. Traditional Italian food in a cozy, brick lined, intimate setting. Whether I’m dining solo or with a friend, I always feel welcome here. The service is top notch and food is impeccable. I love their Pappardelle Alla Boscaiola which is their homemade flat noodles with sun dried tomatoes, basil, mushrooms, Marsala wine sauce and garlic. It’s a must try! They also give complimentary bread and a bruschetta slice per person. If you need a good wine or cocktail, they have you covered for that as well. Their Moscow mules are one of my favorites. I haven’t tried their desserts yet because I’m always so full from the pasta but everything on the dessert menu looks good and I’ve heard great things about. Give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed!

Adorable little Italian restaurant on the UES. Service was fantastic, they had an extensive wine list and delicious food. Highly recommend the Fettuccine Alla Siciliana and the Torta alla mousse di cioccolato. The specials were also delicious!

Several times we passed by the restaurant and it was always full. when we finally found a place, we understood why the restaurant has a high demand. The food was excellent with Italian tast, the Chianti wine was very suitable for the food and the staff were very polite and professional.
We enjoyed the meal very much and highly recommend.

Fantastic place! It’s not your generic Italian but instead a great assortment of dishes in that category. Service is top notch, lovely decor, and fair prices.
Very much worth a visit! The dessert cookies were a nice touch too 🙂

Been craving Italian sm so here I am!
I had the mushroom ravioli special with wild mushrooms and asparagus (+ a blue drink and a mojito) and the Pappardelle alla Boscaiola and it was so, so good! The latter is a sweet dish with an amazingly delicious flat noodle. I usually don’t like sweet stuff but this was good! The former had the absolute best sauce; I took back my bread crusts to soak it up.
And thank you to both waiters I had! You are so kind and accommodating and I appreciate you!

I’ve been here about 4 times and it does not disappoint. Many pastas are homemade and delicious. The vibe is very calm and quaint. The staff is very kind, personable, and truly seem to enjoy giving a great experience. I came most recently with my family and had a great meal. We were offered complimentary after dinner drinks as well. We will be back for sure!
