I honestly HATE that I have to make this review. We have NEVER EVERRRR had a pizza from here missing our “MAIN” Topping. We LOVE ground hot sausage and always ask that that be counted as our main topping. And IF IT CANT turn we’ll pay for EXTRA or TRIPLE the hot sausage. Soooo lmfso this is WHAT we got!!! In other words, what we “DIDNT GET” …. Hmmmm thanks Italian village we are not happy!! The customer that ordered with y’all don’t even wanna call y’all about it. But yep thanks for at least making a hoagie that was just OK!!!

Omg I had some much fun here. We stopped in after buying some race car parts up the road. Had no clue where I was saw a pizza shop and stopped in. Everyone in that shop was so cool we all talked and had a blast like we all new each other for 10 years. The pepperoni pizza we got was amazing. Next time I come through here I will be stopping in again. This place was a true definition of neighborhood pizza.

Placed an order for an Antipasto salad received a salad with no meat or cheese on it. Called Italian Village and spoke to the store manager that day who stated the “chef” forgot to put the meat on the Antipasto salad. I was given a credit at the store for 50% off my next meal. When I went to place a new order, today, approximately a week later, I was denied the credit. The store manager at the time stated they did not have the credit documented from the mistake last week and neither of them were there the day the order was taken so they couldn’t honor it. I was ripped off and overcharged for a plain salad $20 instead of what I ordered.
You don’t even deserve the one star rating I had to do to post this!!!
I work at a local doctors office with many employees. We order lunch all the time and I have never had an issue until now. Needless to say our office will not be ordering from Italian village in Dravosburg anymore!

I just paid $35 for bread. When I order 2 large cheese steaks . It was nothing but bread. Waste of money. Only thing that was good was the garlic knots. Plus the daym cheese wasn’t melted just thrown on the bread. Guess no more ordering sandwiches from this place.

I love this place but I have to say, The new small pepperoni is not that great. And the last pizza I got was way floppier then normal. I mean they are big slices but it wasn’t holding even when you folded it over

I should put zero stars but the delivery driver was nice. This place served me undercooked raw pepperoni roll and refused to send me a cooked one even when I offered to send a picture of the raw one and told them they can have the raw roll back. Terrible customer service. Over the last year the food has done nothing but get worse. I will not be ordering ever again.

The MOST incompetent restaurant around. Every time I order here if it’s delivery my order is messed up and it takes over an hour to get to me. The food is good but the staff they have working now can not for the life of them get an order correct. If you choose to eat here don’t get it delivered. I work in a hot garage all day I ordered chicken tenders with ranch that was extra and zucchini strips with marinara. I only received dry chicken tenders no zucchini and no dips. They told me they only have one driver so if I would want the rest of my lunch I would have to wait an undisclosed amount of time to receive my lunch. I’m at work I can’t take 2 lunches because I only got to eat half of my food for my “first lunch break” LOL! asked me if I wanted to wait or get a credit for the missing items. I need a complete refund not a credit which they agreed to give me. I will not be ordering again. Btw I’m ordering from a garage with 15 guys we spend a lot here it’s a shame the new workers are running it down and turning it into a bad name. Pasquale’s it is for us now.

Went here for the first time in awhile, it is now run by a new owner. The cashiers and cooks are very sweet people, as well as the new owner. The food is hot and delicious, it reminds me of the italian village pizza in century 3 mall. Highly recommend stopping here for a fresh slice!!!

I was excited when I found out they have the style of fried zucchini i really like.. what i got saturday night was a mixture of burnt and raw pieces. I was in the industry for 10 years and would’ve been embarrassed to let something like that leave my kitchen. absolutely pathetic. that should’ve been thrown away and remade.
