The young woman and the gentleman at the counter were wonderful.
However the other man, was well I would say a little sloppy.
Our order was done Pizza was sitting on the stove for close to 10 minutes before I decided to get up and find out where chicken tenders and fries were.
The Man to the left was playing on his phone so much he actually thought our order was for dining in.
This is what took so long to get our food this guy was playing on his phone.

I could add something to this but I’d rather not it was too disgusting.
The pizza was horrible…
We definitely could tell that they do not use Grande cheese.
That’s what killed the taste of the pizza The cheese.
They say on the front of their menu that they use Grande cheese.
I can tell you for a fact they don’t.
As a pizza connoisseur I’ve had grande cheese so many times I know the difference.
I do have to say the inside of the dining area was rather clean and very nice and appealing.
Not that I am a fan of soda pop, I did appreciate the antique Pepsi sign hanging up.
All said and done We do not plan on going back.

Looks like this place has closed for good. It used to be a good place, but the wait for your order was really long, and the pizza was always different, but delicious.

I’ve ordered from here a handful of times after they’ve recently switched owners, and every single time there has been some kind of issue with the order takers on the phone. Something ive never experienced under the old owners. Seemingly incompentent people who either take 15 minutes to take your order down or just lie completely. And after the situation tonight, i will NEVER order here again.
Me and my husband ordered a small cheese pizza and 2 chicken tender combos for football night. Fast forward we get our food and realize there is no fries in either of our chicken tenders. So we call and explain and we get told we can get a credit or we can have the fries delievered, we asked for the fries to be delievered. Minutes later we receive a call back saying actually we wont bring you fries or refund you because it says on the slip here that you ordered only chicken tenders not the combo. Hello, we know what we ordered, so we inform them, no we said two chicken tenders combos. We still get nowhere and told theres nothing they can do for us. We proceed to say, well how is that our fault that your worker didn’t input the order correctly. And we were told “well shes standing right here and said shes absolutely sure that you only said chicken tenders.”
Of course she would say that, so she doesnt get the blame and seem like she messed up at work. But the truth is, i’ve experienced so many issues with the phone girl(s) being just not great at their job so im honestly not surprised that this happened.
All in all i will never order from here again until they hire workers who know how to do their job or take some accountability.

I can NOT believe how bad this shop has gone down hill!!! Was one of my favorite shops now hands down the WORST! I haven’t had this shop in so long because of how bad but thought “I’ll try again it’s been forever” worst idea ever. Cheese sliding off, pizza under cooked, pizza wasn’t even fully cut and it was thin crust when it should have been a freaking Sicilian pizza!! Which is thick crust ppl!! Plz go somewhere else!!!!

As One of my “go tos” I always order from Italian Village because I really like Italian villages pizza. I prefer the thin crust pizza and you can order by the slice and they’ll throw it back in the oven for you and I order well done because I prefer a slight crunch in my crust, I’ve never been disappointed here. If you do run into a problem give them a call the staff is very fair and understanding. They have other things like breadstick knots and hoagies as well as dessert like cheesecake and Zippolis!

This used to be my favorite spot until they switched owners. Now the quality of the pizza has diminished drastically. The last pizza I ordered the bottom of it was so burnt that it tasted foul. Sorry but I think my days of ordering IVP are over

Got a white pizza with bacon and onions. Nice crispy crust, good quality bacon. Friendly and fast delivery. I got 2 fries in my hot cheese bites, and it made me want to order them next time. The hot cheese bites were just ok, but the ranch they are served with is a very good quality ranch, similar to wingstop ranch. I’ll def order from them again.

We tried this place after passing by many times. The pizza is delicious! Thin crispy crust and good cheese. We had a slight mix up with our order but they fixed it right away. Great service and great food. We’ll be ordering again.
