They were so busy and were CRUSHING IT.

We ate the food too fast for photos, but…

1. Chicken bacon ranch pizza slice: no sauce, sp it didn’t trigger my heart burn. Perfect drizzle of ranch. Green peppers were interesting but they added a nice crunch and flavor!
2. Fish sub: we actually went for this. DELICIOUS
3. Meatball sub: the meatballs are HUGE and the cheese is so, so good. The br3ad is like garlic bread.

The prices are very reasonable, they are very quick, and VERY kind. They have marinara sauce, parmesian, etc. We can’t patronize very often because of the hours, but we will make an effort to return on the weekend more often. 🙂

I got their gluten free friendly pizza. It’s a bit pricey but that’s the norm most places and totally worth it. Anyways the pizza is great. It’s on a crust that looks, feels and tastes similar to regular deep dish pizza crust, so that was a huge plus for me because I can’t stand the thin crust from everywhere else. They only have a 7×9 and it has 6 slices… The owner is kind as well and will answer any questions you may have. You can also order from here through door dash. Regardless of the size I recommend for anyone who has a gluten sensitivity that is craving a deep dish.

Me and my brother came here and got two pizzas 15 garlic bits a set of wings, a set of mozzarella sticks, a thing of Mac and cheese. All of it was delicious the wings were so juicy and crispy at the same time. The mozzarella sticks were so crispy and the cheese was so stretchy it was so good. Ryan is the one who severd us he was very easy to talk to you could tell he had real passion for his work. I love this place and I hope it stays in business even tho the mall is dying.

SCAM! Italian Village Pizza coupon SCAM! !
We wanted to have lunch there on a day when there were no other customers at all—It’s a small counter and one staff (a man). We noticed a sticker on the counter promoting a $10 online‑order coupon with a QR code. We asked him how does it work. He coldly said, “I don’t know.”
We scanned the code, followed the instructions, registered an account, and received a text saying we had a $10 credit. When we tried to place the order online, the staff suddenly became strangely nervous. He kept repeating, “Order here and pay first, then I will give you $10 back.” We told him that’s not what the coupon said.
We continued trying to order online, but the $10 coupon never appeared in my account at all. Then we noticed something even worse: the online prices were double the prices marked at the counter.
When we asked about this, the man suddenly turned rude and yelled, “Buy it here or leave!” – It was obvious he was angry because we discovered their coupon scam.

The scam is simple:
The restaurant lists the same items at double price online, then uses a fake “$10 coupon” to lure customers into registering an online account. In reality, I never received any usable $10 credit at all. But, later—and still continuing today—my email and phone number continually receiving spam ads from Italian Village Pizza. – This is clearly a scam designed to collect personal information.

Stay away from this fraudulent restaurant (small food counter). The staff is extremely rude, and the entire coupon promotion is a SCAM!
– Read other review about the food problems too!

Absolute diamond in the rough. This restaurant provides the most delicious pizza combos in the country. It’s located in a pathetic mall, however if it was in quite literally any other location it would be thriving even more. The mall itself is depressing and empty. However the cookies, breadsticks, potatoes, pizza and other options are single handedly carrying the establishment on their backs. I visit roughly 4 times a year and it’s worth the 2 hour drive everytime. Dont be scared to visit.

1st time and everything was horrible, the customer service, the wait time and the food. Garlic knots were not done they are doughy, breadsticks don’t know what they did to them, see picture and the pizza, frozen are better than this. The bottom of the pizza was tough, the crust dry as could be , oh and the marinara sauce that they give a little cup for free is probably bc it’s watered down marinara sauce. It looks like they took a jar of spaghetti sauce and added just added a ton or water. HORRIBLE

Believe it or not this pizza was more New York than I have had in a long time. I love thin, crispy and cheesy pizza! I think the servers name is Mark. But it was so good to me and the soda was good too!

Loved everything we ordered but we have to say that the garlic knots with the garlic butter sauce was the absolute best! Definitely coming back just to be able to eat those! The very best part of our experience is the guy working the joint. Fantastic customer service! Thank you! You were super busy and you had it all together.

Here’s a picture of a cooked pizza sitting at room temperature until they need it. The manager told me that they add the toppings later and let the heat lamp cook them so the pizza looks fresh. I was sitting in the cafeteria for at least an hour so I know it was at least that old. Food should be kept out of the danger zone of 40°f to 140°f. Room temperature is unacceptable.

Located at food court of Lansing Mall , also close to Regal Theaters .

Ordered : 1-topping cheese pizza slide and soda for 5 bucks , redskin baked potatoes, breadstick (8 pieces)

Pizza slide is thin almost like ny style , was nice , breadsticks were huge in size and quantity , had to bring half them as left over.
Price is decent … not expensive … enough seats in the food court… empty when we went during the weekend…
