I have ordered from here so many times and never had a problem. Unfortunately tonight, things changed. I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for my food. I understand light up night was tonight, but to be told it’s taking longer because the drivers have to walk a couple blocks, to me, that doesn’t constitute an hour and 40 minutes. My main issue is that whoever I talked to on the phone told me the food already left and asked if I wanted a refund or the food. I said I would wait. Come to find out, who I talked to lied and said it left, when it actually didn’t. It was never made. To top it off, when the food arrived, it wasn’t hot. It wasn’t even barely warm. I had to microwave it. It was delivered without being in the warmer carrier. If I have to wait an hour and 40 minutes, at least deliver hot food. Such a disappointment.

I come here frequently, and the pizza is always great. Came here today, and the pizza was not only one of the best I’ve had here, but the lady pizza maker was extremely accommodating and friendly. My favorite pizza shop in Indiana by far.

I went to Italian Village Pizza not long ago, and regrettably, I discovered that the environment was not very inviting for a family gathering. The pizza seemed to have an excessive amount of toppings and did not live up to my expectations. Moreover, I witnessed some inappropriate conduct from the head chef, who was a bit disrespectful to a female employee regarding a minor error. This had a negative effect on my dining experience overall.

Great food, the staff is friendly, they have great ingredient consistency for the pizzas, and quick and efficient service. They even accommodated a random request I had. Nothing beats IVP.

I honestly think this place is so underrated. I stopped in and got two slices of pizza. Not only was it very affordable it was so good! Also the employees there are super kind. I really enjoy this place and I can’t wait to go back 🙂
