More than just great food!
While everyone (rightfully) raves about the food here, the real magic is the staff. Over the years, they’ve gone from being friendly faces to feeling like family. A few years ago, they helped me host my daughter’s birthday party, and they truly went above and beyond to make it perfect. Instead of a traditional cake, the girls had the absolute best time building their own custom ice cream sundaes. Seeing their faces light up while picking their own toppings was a highlight we’ll never forget. If you want a place that combines incredible quality with genuine heart, this is it.

Formerly a 1-star experience redeemed to 5-star after the branch manager reached out to remedy my poor food. The pizza was perfect. No notes! Picture attached. I may give the gyro experience another try sometime. Speaking honestly, the only good thing about that gyro I got was the gyro meat. The pita was dry and fell apart immediately after I opened it and there were ingredients falling out everywhere. Very messy and looked haphazardly put together. I hope it was a one-off.
I was so distraught with the gyro missing the tzatziki sauce in my last order that I did not mention that we also ordered pizza and it was not great. I wish I had taken a picture but I didn’t think to. The pizza was messy potentially due to the drive for delivery, as it was disheveled as if it had slid around. I recall it being very “meh”

The Gyro was tasty, but they forgot the Tzatziki sauce and the pita broke on me. The whole gyro was underwhelming and kinda just thrown together lazily/carelessly so that everything fell out.
If the sauce was on there, I may have given it a 3 or so.. but that’s kind of an unforgivable mistake in my book. HAHA 1 STAR!!

I ordered delivery: The 8 cut pepperoni sicilian, the goliath burger and banana split. This was my families very first order ever and OMG it’s DELICIOUS! Everyone loved everything ❣️❣️. The burger was cooked perfectly; nice and hot when arrived. It is a big burger, and well worth it! The pepperoni sicilian pizza was chefs kiss!!! The banana split was huge and perfection!!
Delivery.was faster than time expected. The driver was very nice and professional!! Again, our family is very happy with everything and we will be repeat customers!!! Great Job Italian Village ❣️❣️❣️

Just had the most delicious cheese pizza, white pizza and Italian hoagie tonight. It was cooked perfectly, and ready exactly when they said it would be for take out. All staff was personable and owners were appreciative of our business! We will be back very soon!!! TYSM!

Manager was very disrespectful. I was polite to him. Never asked for anything in return just wanted him to know that I did not receive the extra cheese and that the pizza crust was darker than usual. It is sad that he treats his regular customers like this. I know Frank the owners Father from years ago. He would flip if he knew that the manager of this location was acting like this. Frank worked hard to build his business and this manager should be replaced. Young Frank I don’t know if you actually get to read these but if you do please do what Frank senior would do get rid of him.

This is my 3rd time ordering from these guys and last 2 times haven’t been the best. I ordered a steak village roll and I got the roll cold and uncooked. The dough was still raw. This happened before with another order and I called them complaining and the guy I spoke to sent me another one with no charge and it was cooked a little better than the first one but there were still raw dough. I’m not sure what kind of oven they’re using but it definitely doesn’t cook right or they need to thin their dough out so it cooks all the way!!! I am pregnant and I can’t eat anything raw and I had to pick through my food to make sure I don’t eat raw dough! This was not a good experience
