If you want to experience a meal as if you walked into your Italian grandmother’s house… This is the place! The food was hot and fresh and tasted like my grandma had been cooking the sauce all day on simmer. I had eggplant parm and my husband had spaghetti and meatballs. We will be back.

Nice stop after going to visit the capybaras! The house made dressing was amazing! The salad was simple, but great! There was only one sever, and I felt bad for her because they were actually really busy with about ten to twelve tables seated and one being a large party. Great overall, would go back.

it’s a very old Italian atmosphere all tables and chair chairs, staff in kitchen are definitely Italian the main server probably the owner’s wife had strong accent.
Before we know, the place was packed, food was good. We’ll go back again.

Terribly run. Clearly don’t care about ANY customer interaction or satisfaction- the Owner takes 100% of the tables- and the poor girls who just start your drink cannot take an order/ add to an order/ or even bring you the check- after waiting nearly an HOUR for the check after receiving the food- and I dined solo.
I had the Lasagna- the sauce was very thin and watery. I had to add a ton of red and black pepper and Parmesan (which I had to go search for myself and ask for after 15 min of no one passing back by to check in). My simple starter salad lettuce was browned and drowning in dressing to the point it was inedible.
NO ONE- and trust me NO ONE comes to check on you once you place your order. You sit and wait and have to wave people down just to get napkins, bill, to-go-box.
It’a hot as HADEAS in here- no AC running. Then they just drop the check and walk away.
The check was dropped and I waited well over 20 min for someone to take my payment and had to get up and ask to pay.
I support local and family run businesses but this woman clearly takes all the orders/tips with ZERO customer service or care. Will never come back.

I don’t give a lot of 5s and I don’t eat a lot of Italian food but this place is just great. Cool old school vibe, gentleman in white uniform cooking with well-worn but gleaming pans hanging from a kitchen rack. Everyone was very nice, the portions are quite generous and they include nice salads and delicious bread. I will be going back.
We had, and loved, the chicken cacciatore, chicken parmesan, and chicken piccata.

Wow! I’m Italian, from New York and my family has 2 Italian restaurants and pizzarias in buffalo, I grew up learning how to cook from my great garandma, grandma, and mother. Authentic Italian cuisine. The meal from Italian touch last night, was by far the best Italian food, meatballs, sausage and gravy, I’ve had since leaving New York. Brought back so many memories, I cannot wait to try everything on their menu. I highly recommend this restaurant! Must try, if u haven’t already

Delicious and lovely people who work there, they had a kids menu. I would recommend the chicken Parmesan, and we also loved the Alfredo pasta. Also the meatball sub, was delicious because their bread is freshly cooked.

We’ve been going to Mama Rosa’s Italian Touch for about two and a half years. From the first day until our most recent visit on Thursday, it has been a consistently great experience! Same head chef (owner) in the kitchen, same person (Julio) bringing water and menus. Same two or three servers including Pina, our favorite. Value for dollar spent is extremely high in my opinion. No matter what the bill is, I walk out of the restaurant happy. Spending the same amount at another local Italian restaurant never feels good, overall. Here, at Mama Rosa’s Italian Touch, I feel like I just had Sunday dinner at my Nanna’s house when I was a kid in Ybor City.

Today we started with the half liter of chianti. The basic house salad. And bread. One entrée was the Veal Piccata. Veal perfectly done. The piccata sauce was a perfect blend of lemon, butter and capers. Second entrée, the combo veal and eggplant parm. Perfectly done eggplant and veal and a very good sauce with melted cheese. Pasta with alfredo sauce (good) as a side. Tiramisu and coffee was a good finish.

This is real home style Italian restaurant from the décor to the hand written bills to the fact that you pay up front, to the well known family and friends who serve you.

We have lived a mile away for 5 years and were looking for an authentic Italian dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Many of our neighbors recommended this place and they were right. Great experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back. I had fettuccine Alfredo and my husband had the Italian Touch Seafood Combination. Both were delicious!! Highly recommend !!!
