This is a casual restaurant, which I love. Out of all the restaurants in this strip mall, this restaurant is the best one. I tried the restaurant a couple years back and liked it then as well. My break between visits was due to me sleeping on how good this restaurant is. I came in recently for a quick take out dinner. I tried a 5 piece shrimp and chips combination plate and an order of okra. My meal was delicious. The shrimp was butterflied and very crispy. The cocktail sauce was spicy, sweet, and flavorful. The fries were seasoned well. The okra was hot and crispy. The service was good as well. My food came out of the kitchen quickly. I plan to visit this restaurant more in the future to try these items as well as new items.

This restaurant was such an amazing find! The customer service is exactly what you expect and want from a mom & Pop shop, incredible welcoming and just wanting you to enjoy your meal.

We had tilapia & shrimp with coleslaw instead of fries, to go. The service was good and friendly. The shrimp was decent, but the tilapia breading was rubbery and the slaw was very bland. The 10-piece shrimp and 10-piece fish combo wound up costing $60. Definitely overpriced for the quality.

I discovered this place only 3 weeks ago and have gone back at least 4 times since then. It is that good. I get the baked Ziti with ricotta and mozzarella and add some meatballs. I tried the fried fish and that was great too! The first time I went, I really wanted a meatball sub, which is not on their menu, but they made one special for me. Great place overall. I think they have a new woman working as a cashier who could probably use more training on their POS terminal, but that does not subtract from the food and her effort to give good service.

Italian Spoon is a great place to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including cod filet or catfish filet hand dipped in their own cornmeal or English style batter served with coleslaw and french fries. Their chicken Alfredo is awesome!

Employees are nice and attentive. I ordered the baked ziti with ricotta and mozzarella and added meatballs. The noodles weren’t cooked long enough and very little sauce.

This place is definitely a little hidden gem in Phoenix. This was the first time I have ordered from here and I will definitely be back again. I ordered the Cheese Ravioli with Mozzarella and a side salad with balsamic and oh my gosh, some of the BEST pasta I have ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I almost got dessert but I didn’t, next time though. Thanks for an awesome first experience! Can’t wait to try more things on this delicious menu.

I visited this place often before the pandemic so it was time to check in and catch up. We had a great meal of fish n chips (cod). Well worth the wait.

Fast service, good food and great portion sizes for the price. The garlic bread is super soft and the baked ziti was delicious! Will order from here again.

It will be tough giving my thoughts on this place without getting mushy, so bear with me. I was surprised by how small it is, and there were only two guys working, but customers kept coming in for takeout, so they stayed busy. Not so busy though that they couldn’t talk with us a little. It was fun learning the history and background details. But that was just the FUN stuff. The most important part, of course, is the food. The house salad is the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant! I even took a photo to show you! (So large, I brought half of mine home! TOO GOOD to waste!)
