This has always been our go-to spot because it’s so close to home. We’ve ordered takeout before, but this was our first time dining in. We had the Campagnola pizza today, and it was amazing! Fresh, packed with veggies and chicken were absolutely delicious. The seating area and restrooms were spotless, and everything was very clean. No complaints at all!

Arrived at restaurant on Sunday night at 8, the neon light “Open” is on, the doors open. Once my wife and I walked in, every employee looked at us as if we stole their life savings. There was one male employee in particular, wearing a yellow shirt that decided to stare me down. I guess try to intimidate or something. We asked if we could have slices of the pizza already cooked on display, the female employee stated yes. She stated it would be a couple of mins. Once the pizza was pulled out a different male employee boxed it. He then began to walk towards the cash register until the employee wearing the yellow shirt stopped him and put the pizza on top of the oven. The female employee that took our order is on the opposite side of the cooking station with her head down sleeping. No cooks attempted to alert anyone that the slices of pizza were done. I am a Disabled Veteran and I am unable to stand for long periods of time. They had cover the booth by the front with a floor mat. We were unable to enter the restaurant due to an employee mopping the floors. While my wife and I wait for over 10 mins, my wife to the counter and waited for another few minutes. And all this time the two male employees are standing right behind the register speaking to each other. The male with the yellow shirt decides to turn his back on us the entire time. If the restaurant employees just easily told us they were closed, we would have left. I paid for their product and service and in return I was treated very poorly. I will never provide any of my hard earned into an establishment such as this one. The entire time my wife and I were there, no one else was there.

I think it’s satisfies the craving for Italian food, but leaves me wanting. The baked rigatoni needed more seasoning, especially when it came to the sauce. Other picture is of chicken Parm sandwich with extra cheese. Not the best I’ve had in the area, but convenient location and fast service.

Ordered online. Said food would be ready at 6:14pm. Got there at 6:15pm and watched my pizza being made at 6:40pm. Totally ridiculous… how hard is it to give accurate times???

Been going here for 2 decades. Used to be great, not anymore. Does this sandwich look right to you? Half of the meat it used to be. Asked the surly counter clerk to make it right, he refused. Wouldn’t have happened a few years ago. I can do better at home.

Italian Sensation is a terrific dining venue just east of Bel Air in Maryland. If you are not in New Jersey, this is a tasty pizza venue, the tomato sauce at Sensation is, well, sensational.
There are a variety of pizzas to choose from. I have also enjoyed their cheesesteak in the past. My dining companion and I try to make it to the restaurant at least once per year.
Alas, the Sensation is a bit on the pricey side, but worth a stop if you are in the area.

Didnt want to sell alcohol because they believe my id was fake charges 4 dollars for a little cup with no refils they say and the pizza was dry and not good would not recommend

The pizza was some of the BEST in harford county! I feel terrible I didnt get the name of the fabulous young lady working the register and serving because she was so amazingly sweet and nice. I cant wait to try all the food they have! The atmosphere was clean and calming. The flavor of the pizza was definitely worth the 5 stars.

Excellent subs and super quick service. The Italian Cold Cut Sub is definitely in my Top 5 All-Time favorite cold subs. The pizza is hot and fresh and made-to-order. All around delicious food and great experience!

Despite being a chain restaurant this is some of the best pizza in the Bel Air area. The people working here are so very nice and kind and are very passionate about the work they do which is very professional. Truly an amazing place and would recommend to anyone.
