Laid back atmosphere. Clean. Super friendly staff. Portion sizes are somewhat small; if you’re hungry, get double meat.
The food is scrumptious and served very hot. I got the Four Seasons (their signature sandwich) and it was fantastic. Highly recommended.
Lunch rush is steady but not overwhelming so feel free to visit any time. Wish they were open in the evenings!

Food was okay. I ordered their Four Seasons sandwich with steak, spicy honey mustard, mayo, sprouts, and lettuce. After the first bite I quickly added A1 sauce. The sandwich was pretty bland even after all that. It was fresh and warm though which was nice.

This is an alright lunch stop. The sandwiches had okay flavor, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the atmosphere in the restaurant, and even ordering a full sandwich with double meat didn’t quite fill me like other local sandwich shops would. I would say good stop on occasion, but not my go to place for lunch on the regular.

I will agree compared to Subway the sandwiches are a bit small so if quantity is your thing go to Subway if you are looking for a great sandwich for a great price this is your place. I’ve had 3 sandwiches from here one of which I took a risk, since I don’t like mushrooms, and they were all delicious! I will continue to eat here.

I have to be honest, I am from Utah county and the sandwiches are no where near as good, that being said the food was still very good! One of their employees who’s name is Alex was far parst amazing! She had amazing customer service and was very welcoming! She deserves a raise!

I stopped in with my toddler before the holidays and was greeted with kindness. After I ordered and paid I was asked by the cute soul cooking my sub if my toddler wanted a piece of turkey rolled up (on the house). I excitingly told her yes and was given the turkey roll for my little guy. Moments later she offered him a free drink as well. I’ve been before and know how amazing their sandwiches are but never once had I taken my little guy in and been treated with such amazing kindness! Thank you so much to the cute blonde who was extra kind to us right before Christmas! Delicious!!

Worst steak and “cheese” sandwich I have ever had! No cheese on the sandwich. Sandwich was the size of a hot dog bun. Cost for 2 sandwiches were $15 and change. You get a better steak and cheese at Subway! I would prefer a peanut butter and jelly sandwich over this disgusting thing anytime!

Italian place is a favorite been going to get sandwiches here since I was a kid when it was just a griddle in the back of baskets etc. The 4 seasons is my fave but they have a great pastrami, some amazing combinations that people come up with but never sway me from my favorites. They offer shaved beef with provolone, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms. And after the sandwich is cooked you can add sprouts, lettuce, and several condiments all in all love the sandwiches.

Under new management-ownership. Waited at least 25 minutes for our sandwich, and then the sandwich was wrong. 2 people walked in after we had already ordered. They ordered basically the same sandwiches and got their sandwiches far before us. Very disappointing. Nothing like the old Italian Place.
