I came here for my birthday dinner and it was such a great experience. For an appetizer we had the beef carpaccio and the Caesar salad. Amazing. I had the cacio e pepe with the table-side service and it was honestly the most flavorful pasta I’ve ever had. My boyfriend ordered the seafood pasta and absolutely loved it as well.
The service was great and the food was even better. The only small thing I’d mention is that I wish the cocktail menu was a bit larger and more diverse. That said, everything else was fantastic and we can’t wait to come back!

Just dined at Italian Kitchen for the first time and all I can say is WOW. From the moment we walked in, the service was fantastic. We were greeted with smiles. Every person who helped us was so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Our server was Tolga and he was insanely knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. We had the Caprese salad and the Branzino (sea bass). It has a hard salt crust and they crack it in front of you, then come back with the fish filleted. The flavour was unreal, unlike any sea bass I’ve ever had.
One of the owners even came to check up on us and make sure we were having a good dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to have amazing food and service.

Lindsay was an absolute AMAZING waitress! Best service I’ve ever had. Walked me through all my questions with the menu, was so fast to bring us all our drinks and food, and helped us have such a great time!

My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant about a week ago and it was incredible! From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing. Our server, Chris W, truly made our dinner night the best experience. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The food was absolutely delicious — every bite was worth it! The restaurant was also very clean, and the decor was beautiful and totally worth appreciating. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

To start the Bruschetta Trio was really tasteless. I’ve had better ones on the airplane. The free bread they served were a better choice when combined with the olive oil and vinegar. Fritto Misto is a better choice. Truffle Spaghetti & Meatballs is ok. I’ve had better pasta at Marcello’s; though I would say I will have to try Italian kitchen’s Cabonara next time. The tiramisu is one of the best I’ve had anywhere. They make the dessert in front of you. The presentation and performance itself taste good. The dessert really saved the meal. Zeppole kind of reminisce the Richmond night market dessert. The price of the place is reasonable. I will say my review score is unjustified as I have not tried many of their other dishes; the review is incomplete. Been here 4 times and would return to try other dishes.

Unfortunately the pasta dishes fell short. The carbonara was good but clearly had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The duck ragu pasta was undercooked (though the duck ragu sauce itself was quite good). When we told staff, instead of helping resolve the situation or improve things we were met with stonewall and shoulder shrugs.

what a beautiful restaurant! we came here for a birthday celebration and definitely made the right choice. the ambiance was amazing–warm lighting, quiet, and overall such a lovely atmosphere.

if there’s one thing you have to try, it’s the truffle spaghetti and/or the pappardelle; both were cooked to perfection and was (maybe) worth the 1hr wait…lol?
the only miss for us would be the yellowfin crudo–it looked great but didn’t have much flavour. other than that, everything else was fantastic!
