This place is in a word, serviceable. If you don’t like spice or intense flavors you will probably be happy here. We dined in for dinner and had no complaints about our waitress or the speed at which our food arrived. I ordered the eggplant parmesan, it was fine, i was surprised to find no pasta accompanying it to improve the portion size and give you some variety. The entire dish was the size of my hand for $12. My husbands spaghetti had a decent portion of meat. Fair flavor on the sausage, the meatball was a decent texture. Over all however our favorite dish wound up being the free bread. We are not salad people so declined our salads, no verdict there. In conclusion, a perfectly edible alternative to olive garden, we just found it lacking that “wow” in the flavor department.

The restaurant just opened on Monday and thought we would try it. We ordered Spaghetti Marinara and Tortellini Ala Panna. The meal came with bread and my daughter had a side salad. Everything was wonderful!! Our waitress was very nice. We will be back & next time we will try dessert.

I’m sure our visit wasn’t the Norm. But we ordered and watched other tables get served that came in after us. When the food finally arrived my wife’s was bubbling hot and mine was cold to lukewarm. This can’t happen to often because they’re still busy. But it was our experience on a Friday night.

Our waitress, Karly was on top of it! Great service and very flavorful food. Good portions. Took 1/2 of mine home. Party of 6 and we all loved our selection. We will be back.

I had the spaghetti with Italian sausage. It was really good. The salad and bread that comes first were good, the salad could have used a little more color and croutons , however at least the lettuce was nice and fresh.
The staff was great and super friendly, if you go at a busy time, just be patient, every is coming and checking it out so it gets really busy for the waitresses, they worked hard and moved fast, they could use one or two more waitresses.
My family liked that they played good some Frank Sinatra while we ate, definitely added to the atmosphere.
This place was nice and clean too

I went to try this restaurant yesterday with my boyfriend I had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and he got a lasagna sampler the bread we got was also so delicious and the salad I had was very fresh. Overall the food was excellent and authentic!! The service was terrific! My glass was never empty and my waitress even took sometime to small talk with me. Everyone here was nice and I got lots of smiles. I really felt welcome I 100% recommend coming here.

The food was pretty good. The pasta itself was definitely not made in house but the chicken Florentine was really good. The sweet tea wasn’t very sweet but sometimes that happens and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed even though it wasn’t busy but they could still be learning so I won’t fault them for that. We will go back

The first day open and WOW!!!! This is one good Italian restaurant. My family tried the pizza absolutely terrific!! Crispy light crust better than wooded fired. I tried the spaghetti with Portabella mushrooms, and a side of Italian sausage absolutely in heaven. Great service!! Karen was one good server. I definitely will be going back! The prices are about equivalent to Olive Garden right on the spot. I would say this little place in Neosho is better than Olive Garden. You all decide give it a try. It’s great. The homemade bread is to die for. If you are in for romance, it has the best, romantic, Italian music playing ever!! It has a good atmosphere inside the restaurant and great lighting.

My husband and I are here for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations. I have only been to an “italian” restaurant once before so its nice that this is added to Neosho now.
The food is what impressed me. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread to start– very good. Edges were tiny bit burnt (I dont really mind that), but it had fresh chopped garlic and cheese on top with a little butter on the bread. Not sure what kind of bread it was but I did enjoy it. Only things that would have made it 10/10 would have been if the garlic and cheese covered more than the center of the bread. And maybe cut the bread into 8 slices instead of 4, that way not having to pick up so much bread at once.
Next we got our main dishes. I got the chicken pasta with mushrooms and spinach, creamy sauce and my husband got the chicken pasta with a read sauce, looked like multiple vegetables in it cooled together. My husband said his tasted really good and I loved my dish. Only thing I’d do different with my dish is add a little more spinach (there was only maybe 3-4 leafs of spinach altogether). Something i didn’t expect was the proportions of the meal. I loved it. And there wasn’t too many noodles either. Perfect ratio. Id consider though maybe a low rim bowl instead of a plate.
Service was excellent, no complaints about that! With this place, a change to decor would be good. I think they are trying to be an authentic italian place but there are neon signs in the corners… doesn’t make sense. And too many red tones clashing together (I think a beige would be nicer anyway to make the place feel cozier). The smaller side of the dining area should also have a table or two taken out because it is a little cramped in there. And salt and pepper, red pepper and parmesan, at each table. Not in the windows edges alternating.
Despite my critiques, I like this place a lot! Can’t wait to come back again to eat! (they sold me with the fresh garlic! Yum yum yum!)
