Pizza is pretty good, but inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great, and other times it’s soggy and sloppy. Wait times also vary. More often than not, I wait 10+ minutes past my pickup time. They always seem to be behind and understaffed, regardless of the time of day.

This is by far the best location, not like the Chicago locations (ALL OF THEM) which serves spoiled food, bad customer service, and have bad attitudes. It hard to believe there is such a difference in flavor, appearance, and it tasted fresh ( this location only). I’ve been a customer of Italian fiesta for over 35 years.

Really impressed with the pizza here—perfectly crispy crust and the X-Large size is legit. Great value, fast and friendly customer service, and the vibe is always welcoming. Happy I live close because this has become an easy go-to.

We were raised on Italian Fiesta early seventies in Chicago. The taste still good but very disappointed with the pizzeria pay to add. You now have to pay additional for each ingredient added. A medium Veggie pizza was $24 just paid $43. Hate to leave after all these years but GOOD BYE!!

I visited Italian Fiesta in New Lenox which is carry out only. The pizza was delicious. It was a 10 for sure. You should get you one. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

We are new-ish to the area, and after trying all the local pizza places, this one is our favorite. We hosted a kid’s birthday party this weekend, and when I called to place a pizza/pasta catering order, I was told it may be too late (the party was the following day.)
The woman on the phone placed me on hold and a minute later came back to let me know they’d accommodate us, but in the future, to order a little sooner! Understandable! They even made the pickup time a little earlier than they normally would start, since our party was abnormally early. They really took care of us, and even helped my husband carry everything out to the car. Everyone loved the food, some even asked to take some home! Italian Fiesta New Lenox now has loyal customers in us, and also some new fans in our family!

I am a southsider that has been eating Italian Fiesta for 40 years. This doesn’t taste anything like the Chicago locations. There was not enough sauce to even taste. The crust was done enough to not be considered undone and there was barely any cheese. The ratios are so unbelievably off disappointed.

Seen videos on YouTube that this pizza needed to be tried if in Chicagoland area. I chose this location based off the rating of other customers and 45 minutes from my location. They wasn’t wrong
The sausage and pepperoni was delicious, and the crust OMG perfect!
Had to wait 45 minutes because it was busy but I don’t mind because I know it’s going to be FRESH once I get it.
Just got a new customer definitely going to be visiting soon again.
