Very disappointed with this order. I ordered a meat lover pizza, but instead received a gyro and pepperoni pizza, which was completely wrong. On top of that, the pizza arrived in terrible condition—slices were smashed together, toppings were all over the place, and the box was soaked with grease. It looked mishandled during delivery. This is unacceptable and not the quality or care I expected. I’ve attached pictures to show how it arrived.

Before I liked this place but recently, I had a bad experience with them. I went there with my family and I called 40 minute early to reserve my spot. When I arrived there, the front desk lady brought our food and plates. But she didn’t bring any cutlery, then I called her to bring cutlery for us and she just brought a few knifes and forks that weren’t enough for all of us. I called her for more cutlery and she ignored me and acted like she didn’t care. Then I asked her for drinks, and she brought Pepsi in a really dirty jug. I hope the business owner takes better care of their service.

Listen, I been having Italian express for YEARS. I been having it before people even knew about it. If you weren’t happy with what you ate, it’s cause you got the wrong item off the menu. What you need to get is a spicy gyro pizza(or spicy gyro sandwich, yum). And if you don’t like spicy or gyro sucks to suck. But this the best food they offer. You’re welcome.

Absolutely the worst pizza experience I have ever had. I went specifically to try their Halal offerings and ordered a chicken tikka thin crust.
The pizza was clearly stale and just reheated, not freshly made. Within a short time of eating it, I started experiencing severe symptoms, including vomiting and a stomach ache, which felt like the onset of food poisoning.
This was more than just bad taste; it was a health hazard. I am seriously regretting wasting my money here and advise others to be cautious. The quality is unacceptable

The restaurant claims it’s open until 1:00 AM, but we were told an hour earlier to place the order because the kitchen was closing. That makes no sense and is very misleading.
They substituted items they didn’t have with fries, which were overloaded with salt and barely edible. The “pasta” wasn’t pasta at all—it was swimming in water with no flavor. The chicken fajita dish was honestly terrible: no taste, no seasoning, and no idea how it was even prepared.
Overall, the food quality was extremely poor and it felt like the staff doesn’t know how to prepare or serve food properly. Definitely not worth it.

cheese pull on the lasagna was good like I’ve never seen before but that’s it. The moment I took a bite, it was under cooked, under seasoned, Watery and bland, literally cold inside, no salt no Italian seasoning completely tasteless. I had to salt and pepper it to be able to eat. the chef needs to taste what they serve. Also, I asked for beef and the lady at the counter confirmed they have beef yet they sent out chicken lasagna. Two stars for ONLY the immaculate cheese pull. ⭐️⭐️
