We had spicy gyros, chicken biryani, samosa chat, mutton haleem, onion pakora, pani puri and samosa. Overall decent food, but the gyros were not the same great quality and taste as their Glendale Heights location. Onion pakora and samosa were premade and were not served hot. This was my first time in this restaurant and I’m so glad I went! I had chicken dum biryani that was flavorful and in good quantity. Also had a gyros sandwich with fries, both very well seasoned. It has a great casual welcoming atmosphere. Service was very good and friendly, I will definitely go back!

Ordered gyros and pizza. When I got home and opened the pizza, it was completely burnt. When I called, they tried to lie and say I ordered it “well done.” Then they hung up on me three times saying they were “too busy” to issue a refund. After that, they lied and said the refund was processed but “couldn’t send a receipt.” Only after a manager showed up did they finally send proof.
Terrible customer service, dishonest staff. Check your food before you leave because they won’t fix their mistakes.

This is my first time dining in after Italian Express opened. The Italian Express food was exactly how I used to have back in Glendale Heights in my childhood. Service was excellent and friendly employees. Everything was perfect. The restaurant was very clean and fully stocked with supplies. I’ll definitely be coming back again more often.
