I’m not sure what’s going on with some fast-food establishments in North Philadelphia lately, but customer service has been declining rapidly across many local restaurants. It’s extremely disappointing to consistently spend my hard-earned money with a business, place the same regular order, and then receive cold food—only to be told again that a store credit will be issued, which never actually happens.
I spend a significant amount of money with Italian Express and always tip the delivery drivers, yet my customer service experience continues to decline, particularly with their delivery system. At this point, the lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable.
For that reason, I’ll be taking a long break from spending money with this business and exploring other options that value consistency, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Rude staff and terrible portions. The amount of meat they give you on the steaks is just disrespectful. They give you empty cheese steaks that are dried out! Be very careful. Think before you spend your hard earned money here. We need to hold these places accountable for sending out bad food. They know exactly what they’re doing. Review the photos

Stay in Philly last weekend for an event and we wanted to order some pizza and wings for the night and found this place. The food came fast and hot. The wings were good alot of meat on them and alot of sauce. The best was the chicken parm pie. With nice big sizes of chicken cutlet on each slice. We will definitely order from here again when we are in town.

I was a little scared at first when I decided to try this new pizza place, and I can’t stress this enough, I love this place better than the old spot I used to go to. It’s reasonably priced, delicious pizza, and excellent service. They are never nasty or anything, so nice! And LET ME TELL YOU, when you go here, you HAVE to try their lemon cake! It was so delicious, it was better than any cake I ever had from anywhere else! It was the right amount of sweetness and the cake was soft and delectable! And I’m always sceptical about some icings on cakes, but this one was so delicious! Made me wanna lick the leftover icing kind of delicious ! The pizza gave a at home feel to me, like they made it with love instead of for the money. Love this place, will come her all the time!

So I placed an order over the phone and was very precise in what I wanted , they didn’t ask for my address before they hung up first flag after I called back to give them the address and he told me it would be 30-45 and it didnt arrive until and hour later it’s not even the right order. I call back and the guy taking ordering asking like well what you want me to do & couldn’t let me know when a new pizza could be expected. I’ll never be ordering again $25 for what ?
